Great service and issue resolution
Maggie, the representative who took up my support ticket, was great to work with. I had expected to jump through a hoop or two in order to show the issue I had with a dimmer switch, but Maggie made sure to get things started on her end while I was gathering video evidence and helped make the process of having a replacement sent out to me as painless and swift as possible. This brand just marks up products from cheap Chinese brands like Dooroom and Avoir. The doorstop I received from them was literally in a Dooroom box. They're now selling it for $55 and it's on Dooroom's site for $8. Go directly to the brands they source from or search on AliExpress and you'll find the same products for much cheaper.

WORST COSTOMER SERVICE EVER
Ordered 2 elec cover plates on their Black Friday Sale, after 30 days contacted them to track down my order, only to find out that they placed the order on hold because: " Their website had an issue with wrong prices". I would now have to pay 3x the amount to get the cover plates. Zero contact from them to notify me of their issues, no offer to make it right, just pay more...I canceled the order.

Very high quality pieces that make the house unique. We've received many compliments on them since they are statement pieces. Their customer service was very responsive and friendly. Check their refund and return policy first and make sure your item is correct. If you're uncertain - just buy from some where else and save yourself the headache of going through a return with them - they will find a way to rip you off.
