Really Good but I wish their Visa cards worked in apple pay for costco in the us. Also I wish you could reload you card right thru rewarble. But other than that it works really well.

Had no issues with it so far, fees are reasonable, just be careful which type of prepaid card you pick if you use that stuff, but other than that, no hassles

WARNING

WARNING – Unresolved Payment Issue and Possible Deceptive Flow

I am escalating a serious issue with Rewarble.

I redeemed a voucher successfully, and the balance was added to my account. However, when attempting to generate the virtual Visa card, I was never provided with the card details.

Instead, I was redirected to another website (skine.com), where I was asked to pay مرة أخرى, despite already having sufficient balance. This is highly suspicious and unacceptable.

Additionally, I contacted support on April 6, and no response has been received.

⚠️ This behavior raises serious concerns, including:

* Failure to deliver the purchased service
* Misleading redemption process
* Forcing users into additional payments
* Complete lack of customer support

If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will take further action, including:

* Filing complaints with international consumer protection agencies
* Initiating a chargeback through my payment provider
* Reporting this case to fraud prevention platforms

I expect immediate action:
Provide the virtual card OR issue a full refund.

Failure to resolve this promptly will result in escalation.

To clarify, we never require users to make additional payments after redeeming a voucher, aside from standard, clearly stated fees related only to virtual card creation (such as the card issuance fee). If you were redirected to another website asking for payment, this is not part of our intended flow, and we would like to investigate this further.

Please also note that our previous Visa card program has been discontinued, and the new QPay Mastercard is currently being rolled out with availability limits and ongoing improvements. In some cases, card creation may not complete successfully due to these constraints.

Your funds remain safe and available in your account. If you prefer not to proceed with virtual card creation, you can withdraw your balance using alternative methods such as PayPal, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency.

rewarble is amazing, they get my money in seconds. very trustable and they dont use a username and password system, they send login links so your money is always secure and tied to ur email. these are great people running rewarble

Headline: THEY TRAP YOUR MONEY – 10 DAYS WAIT – ZERO STOCK

absolute nightmare experience. Rewarble is holding my $20 hostage. They discontinued the card I wanted to buy (Suna) after making me wait for 10 days. Now they claim they have a "new card program" but it requires a $40 minimum and is OUT OF STOCK immediately!

They are literally taking deposits and then changing the rules so you can't spend your money. Their support is just a bot sending the same lies. If you value your money, DO NOT USE THIS SITE. They have no inventory and no intention of helping 'low balance' customers.

Regarding the new QPay card program, it has only recently been launched and is still stabilizing, which is why availability and limits (such as the initial load structure) may seem restrictive at the moment. This is not intended to block access to your funds, but rather a temporary setup while the system scales.

Where is my virtual card

After reading some of the reviews, I finally have an idea why I’m not receiving my SUNU Mastercard, even though I bought a Visa. The worst part about it is you’re left having wondering when you actually may receive it. At this point, I have no idea if I’ve just been completely screwed over. And you cannot even call and talk to a real live person to get an idea of what in the heck is going on. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Absolutely finished with this company

First card stop working after just 2…

First card stop working after just 2 days... they said it was "paused" but I couldn't re-activate it... no Idea why. Second card straight up blocked after a 12$ payment.
Created a new account on another PC... now getting a "temporarly disabled, try again in 30m" note (my friends do too), Tried contacting support... but I guess they dont have enought indians doing their shifts so 1 week and still waiting... terrible company, Can only wish you bankruptcy

Please note that card interruptions such as “paused” or “temporarily disabled” statuses are typically triggered by our security system. This can happen when multiple accounts, devices, or unusual activity patterns are detected, as our system is designed to protect users and prevent misuse.

Regarding card performance, our previous card programs have been discontinued, and the new QPay Mastercard is currently being rolled out and optimized. There are also current limitations in place, including daily issuance caps and a limit of one card per user per week, which may affect availability or card creation attempts. During this phase, some transactions may be declined or cards may not function as expected while compatibility and stability are being finalized.

All refunds related to blocked or discontinued cards have already been processed. However, if you believe something is missing, we will need to review your case individually and escalate it where necessary.

ABSOLUTE SCAM! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY WITH HIDDEN FEES!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Rewarble is a complete rip-off. I loaded $15 into my account, and after one single successful purchase of $5, they literally drained the rest of my balance to $0 without me buying ANYTHING.
I tried to use the card on other sites, and even though the transactions were DECLINED because their card is garbage and incompatible, they kept charging me 'fees' for every failed attempt. How can you charge a customer for a service that WAS NOT PROVIDED? This is theft, plain and simple.
I have already contacted support and I am filing a dispute with my bank. I will not stop until I get my $10 back. They are predators waiting for you to fail a transaction just to empty your wallet. STAY AWAY if you value your money. You’ve been warned!

From what you have described, it sounds like you were using the Suna card program. One important detail about this card is that it applies a $0.80 fee for each transaction attempt, including declined ones. This was shown during the card creation process, but we understand that it can still feel unexpected in practice - especially if multiple attempts fail.

That said, we want to make this right. If you contact us at support@rewarble.com with your card details, we will review your transaction history and refund those fees as a gesture of goodwill - this is something we are already doing for affected users.

Additionally, the Suna card program has now been discontinued, and we are currently handling all related cases, including refunds and balance clarifications. We recognize that the experience was not ideal and we are actively working to improve this with our new card solutions.
