I train in the gym quite a lot so my size and shape vary from time to time. I ordered a jacket and wanted to test the size. Olunfortunately it was slightly to small so I chose to get the next size up. There were a few complications on my end but the customer service team were brilliant with me. A member of staff called Nathan. He's a star. Very patient with me, got back to me every time I needed help or had a problem.
