Richer Sounds - Bournemouth Reviews 

Have always used Richer Sounds for major purchases. Spent 2hours with Dan at Bournemouth RS and he was excellent. Willing to go through my likely shopping list in detail, all the possibles, all the might be’s, all the suggestions, alternatives, pretty much everything. Made spending and saving money very easy and never pushing to buy something more expensive - unlike other stores I could mention. Ended up with all items delivered very quickly by a decent courier who knew care had to be taken. As always, RS are the absolute best in the field, why anybody goes to other ‘chain’ suppliers is beyond me. Why?

Staff in store and on phone really personable and helpful. Products excellent as always.

Just be aware that if collecting in Boscombe, parking is a real challenge. Delivery is probably a better option.

Trusted the advice. They didn't try to sell you whatever would make them a profit. They sold you what you wanted.

Really good customer service, the staff were patient and talked me through the options, and gave me plenty of time to listen to the equipment before making a decision. Also grrat help om the telephone afterwards with setting it up and arranging delivery - thanks to Paul.

Great manager who price checked my purchase without hassle and helped me load my TV and soundbar and subwoofer despite there being a storm outside.

They had the product I wanted and they beat the best price out there. Service was great and felt appreciated by the staff. Highly recommend calling in as you might be surprised with offers offered by the team and it beats the computer experience.

A few days after my purchase I contacted Richer Sounds by email and Dan replied within minutes.

The shop was not busy but I was not pounced upon by the sales staff. I explained to the salesman (Lewis) what I was looking for and he discussed this in some detail. I ended up purchasing a CXA81 mk2 amp to replace my mk1 amp. It does sound better and I can now use the mk1 in another system.

Efficient succinct advice. Item purchased and delivered quickly.

I've always liked dealing with Richer Sounds, you always feel like you're in safe hands. I placed my Black Friday order and selected to collect my goods from the store. I was promptly notified of order acknowledgement, estimated delivery time to the store and then called by the store (Bournemouth) to let me know the goods were in and ready for collection. As ever, excellent service, excellent products (I'm delighted with my new Monitor Audio Silver 100 speakers) and professional friendly people. Many thanks Richer Sounds.

Richer Sounds has a very informative website which I used to formulate my order.
I ordered online and discussed my proposed purchases with a very helpful agent over the phone. He suggested I needed an eARC HDMI cable but omitted to mention I might consider updating my existing HDMI cables which I had to order the next day.
My order arrived promptly.
I would definitely use Richer Sounds again.
