Store staff were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble including a helping hand to the car with my 65” HiSense purchase. I go back to these guys every time I require a tv or audio equipment because they genuinely care about giving the best advise to you. Keep up the great work.

I wanted to update my hifi, so choose Richer sounds Bristol. I went for a package deal, but they didn't have the amp there. It was ordered and came Monday, but I wasn't able to pick up until Saturday. I went on Saturday and as soon as I walked in the sales assistant recognised me and got my equipment and took it out to my car. Very good service and very polite. Thank you, I'm now at home enjoying David Bowie

Richer Sounds is my go to place for buying TV and HiFi I’ve been using them since they opened their first tiny store in Bristol. You get expert advice on the product you are looking for and the best prices too. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for TV and Hifi as you always get the best deals and service.

I ordered two JBL products online and collected them from Richer Sounds in Bristol. The whole process was simple, smooth and professional from start to finish. I had the pleasure of dealing with Harry for my purchases , what a superstar that provided great customer service. The whole team at Bristol are always brillant.

Very good service and a competitive price, as usual. I only completed my order of a pair of speakers at 17:29hrs for next day delivery and received immediate confirmation that it would be delivered the next day. I was hoping this would be the case but thought I might have been pushing it. Speakers duly arrived the following day and are working perfectly.

The staff were helpful and I received a rebate on my two year old TV which was under guarantee and irreparable

Everything fine and tv arrived on time and works well. The store was fine as usual.

Super helpful staff. Wanted to change part of my order before it shipped, no problem. There’s was a couple of small chips on my brand new triangle audio speakers, was given a decent amount of money off as I didn’t want to swap them out. Great service
