I bought a big screen tv from Richer Sounds and what a great experience it was. The sale person Jim, was really helpful tracking down a missing sound bar and I was kept informed at every step of the sale. The delivery was made by two great guys Rob and Trav who made an akward heavy item look easy at getting into my living room. Great job guys Thanks.
All in all a great company to deal with.

Amazing service
The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Very patient and understanding.
In particular, Jimmy was great and very accommodating with my needs for wanting a demo of the TV's I was interested in. I would highly recommend shopping at Richer Sounds for all your audio/visual kit.

The guys in the Chiswick Store were amazing, their passion for electronics shone through, incredibly knowledge and attentive and completely personalised the experience. Great offers provided and additional discount and got the TV & Soundbar delivered within 2 days of purchase! Highly recommend! Big shout out to the Store Manager Jim. Not only did he remember my name from a telephone enquiry prior to visiting but he remembered what was looking for and helped when i arrived!

Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Given that this was my first visit to this particular branch, I was very impressed with the professionalism and the expertise of the staff.
