I'd never brought from Richer Sounds…
I'd never brought from Richer Sounds before but the price and extra warranty i got on a recent TV upgrade made me give them ago. The free standard delivery was a little slow compared to other companies but the friendliness and helpfulnes of the delivery guys was excellent. Informed me of their price promise, support line and other helpful tips.
So far I'm very happy with both the TV and service.

Delivery was scheduled between 11 and 1. At 11:15 I received a call from the guys (Gareth and Mark) to say that they were on route. At 11:35, the equipment was delivered and carried into our house. Fantastic service from both guys, very efficient. Thanks.

Delivery Guys Gareth & Karol were excellent, badly let down by Richer Sounds office staff during a telephone conversation. I have today spent a further £2k on a Samsung TV, but due to my experience on the phone, not with Richer Sounds.

I was obviously disappointed to learn that you felt let down after a conversation over the phone with our team, resulting in you making a subsequent purchase elsewhere.
Having personally reviewed the call, I understand your privacy concerns regarding the photographs our delivery teams take when handing over products. Whilst these images are used solely to confirm successful delivery, I accept that aspects of the discussion could have been handled more successfully by the colleague and have since discussed the issue with the team as a training point.
We have already made changes to our website to try and explain this part of the delivery process as clearly as we possibly can during the ordering process, which I appreciate from the call you felt needed reviewing, and I’m pleased that the delivery did go smoothly in the end.
