I had a great shopping experience
I had a great shopping experience last week. Very friendly staff plus they had exactly what I was looking for!
While on-line shopping can at times be useful. When shopping for things that matter like hi-fi or in this case looking for a smart speaker you can’t beat the human dimension of actually interacting with someone who understands the products. I’ve shopped at Richer Sounds for hi-fi gear since the 1980s and have never been disappointed and always had good service and got great deals on what I’ve bought.

I have been buying ALL my Hi-fi stuff from Richer Edinburgh since 1990. Built to last, so not much repeat business.
I needed new quality speaker cables & £50 later I got them. New member of staff (no badge yet) but very helpful.

Perfect buy and amazing service
Byron in the Chamber Street shop helped me pick out a new turntable and speakers for my first property.
