Good knowledgable staff who give good service. Unfortunately, this time, delivery was not as it should be. First delivery was aborted because of motorway problem but we were not informed until I rang in. Second delivery wasn't made because goods returned to wrong depot. Third delivery was made. Not fault of Richer.

Always professional and knowledgeable. Never go anywhere else.

I won't go in to the details but my mother had a query about a HiFi Item she bought and received through the mail from Richer Sounds. She phoned up the Liverpool shop as that's her closest shop and they said to pop down and they'd have a look at the item for her. She arrived a little early just before opening hours the next day. The employee saw her waiting and opened up early for her and helped her with her problem.
They guy/s there couldn't be any more helpful, fantastic customer service.

Other than that, RS have yet again gone above and beyond, on service, delivery, and price. Richer Sounds are my first port-of-call for Audio/TV equipment etc. Even "IF" they did happen to be more expensive than the likes of Amazon etc (they're not more expensive btw they're often cheaper) i'd still pay the extra and get first class support, better warranty, and support a British bricks-and-mortar company.

Order taken and processed same day and delivered a few days later. the delivery team carried it upstairs in my flat and placed it in my lounge ready for me to unbox it.

Member of staff who I dealt with in buying my new LG television was only concerned that I had chosen the correct tv for myself. Was very patient with my lack of IT Skills too.
Delivery was exactly what we had agreed with the staff extremely helpful.

Called store to check if item was in stock, they physically went down to the store room to check and reserved it for me to pick up there and then, was ready and waiting when I arrived at store later that day to collect, always get the best service at Richer Sounds

Excellent advice, given by Diego, good price and 6 year warranty.

Diego was most helpful in my quest for a replacement TV. I’m happy with my choice as I didn’t want to go overboard with size and technological extras.
Plus, I had it delivered,installed and set up by John who had been nine years ago, again very helpful in the process.

Easy to find the item I needed and the store service was amazing in and out with my purchase completed within 15 minutes as I was prepared when I went with the product I wanted to buy I also joined the VIP club and got £10 off my order.

Company sells excellent products and has well informed staff.

The entire buying experience with Richer Sounds is brilliant the knowledge and customer service is second to none. This is my 4th time and once again it was perfect.

Can't fault the service or the whole experience, from initial email back n forth to final delivery and set up. Having done a lot of research beforehand, I was pretty solid with what I wanted, and it ended up better. For anything related to this in the future, I'll always go to the Richer Sounds Liverpool team to consult with them first. Thanks fellas 👍 very happy customer
