Been looking to replace my five year old LG OLED65C1
Went from looking at reviews of the latest model LG OLED65G66, to purchasing fairly quickly.
Contact with Liverpool store was a smooth process, model I wanted was cheaper elsewhere, they matched the price and still honoured the free soundbar as well.

Delivery was next day and free of charge.
If you had a LG before you know what to expect, however this TV is stunning to look at.

Lesser reflective screen was a good upgrade as a living room set is near a window and is a big improvement.
Colours pop, easy to set up which is a good job as LG don’t provide a manual.
Stand is solid, the free soundbar is actually a very good quality also.

Made up with this and the G model really is worth paying the extra for just don’t tell the Mrs.
Cannot hesitate to recommend Richer Sounds, great guarantee, helpful and knowledgeable staff, and when you ring it’s not a foreign call centre.

Keep up the good work, real point of difference, upgrading my hi fi soon can’t wait.

I needed a new stylus/needle for an Audio Technica turntable. Popped into the Liverpool store and Diego was helpful in providing advice as to what I needed. Ordered part the following day and delivered quickly. Product works and fitted perfectly. Third product ordered from Richer Sounds and never had any issues with products.

Was in the market for new speakers and didn't hesitate to go back to Richer Sounds, where I'd shopped before. Was confident they would not only provide a great range of products at the best / most competitive price around, but also for the level of experience and advice you only get from speaking to people directly, ie. face to face. I booked a listening demonstration (Liverpool shop) and was assisted by Justin. Tried the speakers I was considering and on arrival they were set up ready with the same Amp unit I have at home, which really assisted the demo. After an unhurried listening and discussion / advice from Justin plus a colleague, opted for 'Dali Sonik 1' speakers. The price was great, home delivery ideal and the whole experience was simple and pleasant. Me being "fussy", the colour I picked in store didn't work in my home but Richer Sounds, (this time Diego), were fantastic and were happy to exchange the speakers for the same but in a different colour. And these are now perfect and delivered very quickly too.
Once again I'm very impressed at the service I received from Richer Sounds. Products available, price, delivery flexibility, but above all staff in the Liverpool shop were fantastic. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and clearly focused on giving a great service. Wouldn't even consider going anywhere else or searching 'online only' for Hi-Fi products.

The guys took time to demo the different cartridges, which helped me make an informed decision, they also agreed a deal with a cartridge id bought as part of the original turntable sale three weeks earlier.

Pre-arranged to test/listen to audio equipment. Had 1 hour to test various set ups. Eventually decided ! Great advice given by Stuart @ Liverpool branch. Ordered 1.30pm - delivered 08.35am next day. All perfect - very happy. Incredible improvement on old Sony stack system from 1987 !

Demonstration of the eventually purchased equipment was thorough, with a good Q&A to ensure that the equipment was found to be suitable.
I also received follow up emails when they said they were going to send them.
Very satisfied.

Bought a wiim mini streamer at the Liverpool store, I'm very pleased with the great customer service. I even had a go on the racing simulator they've set up in store. Very happy with my purchase product works great. I'll be visiting again.

The person who served me, Jason at the Liverpool store, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product I was enquiring about. He guided me through the different options in light of my budget.

The helpful staff

It's good to be able to speak to real, knowledgeable, human beings when calling customer services and the shop itself, as opposed to people who work off a script. That meant I was able to identify that a feature I needed was present on the projector we bought and when arranging store collection. In store they were great with my partner who picked it up. Without these decent human beings to speak to, I probably wouldn't have bought it. Well done Richer Sounds. I'm glad some things stay good.

When the projector was delivered Trav & Rob were very informative of the guarantee that Richer Sounds Offer and told me to join the VIP Club (thought I had joined it, will check later).
Anyhow, overall very informative and friendly and spent time to explain what to do if I had any problems, not the usual knock, drop & run offered by the known services.
