I am partially deaf and needed help.
I am partially deaf and needed a set of speakers for my computer mainly for listening to orchestral and choral music. I had a budget and needed to test them in the shop. The man chose a pair and set them up in the test room and gave plenty of time to trial them. We changed the set to include a subwoofer which gave them depth, within the price. Really Pleased.

These people know their stuff
I had made up my mind what tv i wanted, but couldn't get one the day I wanted it with the so called bigger companies. Called these guys, had one in stock for cheaper and even got a soundboard included. Helped load it in the car and said any problems setting it up, give them a call and one of the team will come round and help. Exceptional service

Our old TV, a 44inch Sony was bought from Currys who gave no help or explanation with the set up and seemed anxious to get out of our home as quickly as possible. Contrast the service from Richer Sounds who explained the advantages of OLED and their installer was not time pressed and explained all the controls and got us to use them before he left. Further he tidied up after the job and put everything back in place. He couldn't have done better

Good price because 6 years' breakdown cover was included for free - some suppliers charge you extra for this. Delivery was quick and free. Good communication over the phone. Very happy with the TV - great quality picture.

I understand the television was waiting at the store and was awaiting installation on the date agreed between yourself and the installer; our invitation to submit a review arrived before that had taken place however, which possibly explains the confusion.
