Richer Sounds were excellent from the moment I contacted them to the repair process, and total reassurance given throughout.

However I left instructions for the DPD delivery to leave in a safe place and they ignored it. Left on front doorstep. Wouldn't use them if I were you.

Customer service is second to none
I ordered the LG C6H 83inch online, then I realised that I would be at work on the delivery day , I called them and was able to change the date , no issue , no drama , just changed, also if i need to change it again they said just call and they will change it again , for free.
I have purchased all of my Home Cinema kit from Richer Sounds , i would recommend them to anyone , whatever your budget, always great prices and very knowledgeable staff,and the customer service is second to none.

LG bargain
They have a shop that you can actually visit with parking. The staff are very knowledgable and go out of their way to help. We had a previous TV ftom them 8 years ago.
Long guarantee 6 years

Great expertise and clear explanations which is very good for the elderly.
I am 81 and needed navigating through all this modern tech on tv. I knew I needed a 43” & a central stand so Rob in Nottingham helped me find one.
It was delivered in 3 days and my nephew helped me set it up.
I felt looked after and not rushed so would go back again and recommend the shop in Nottingham.

Professional service from start to finish - our initial brief was explored and honed by incredibly knowledgable in-store staff at Nottingham, followed by an in depth listening session in their experience booth.
Equipment delivered promptly and set up with precision by Ben who we dealt with from the initial specification through to listening to our system, fully installed in our own dedicated music room at home.
Would highly recommend ... Richer Sounds Nottingham were genuinely interested in our project, were proactive in their product research and recommendations, listened to our opinions and adjusted the specification accordingly to find us an even more perfect hi-fi system.

Everyone at Richer Sounds is so friendly, normal, helpful - it’s a really good shopping experience, even on the phone. They know their stuff!
