Great advice from knowledgeable staff to help with the decision on which tv to purchase. Staff always very welcoming and friendly, a pleasurable shopping experience.

I purchased a TV from Richer Sounds just under a year previously, but was unhappy about its performance. RS agreed, no quibbles, to exchange it for a new one, so that I only had to pay the difference in price. The new one, unfortunately, developed a fault and, again RS arranged for a replacement to be couriered direct to my home, and the courier take the faulty one away. This happened within 3 days of informing them of the problem. I cannot fault the customer service. It was exceptional. Thanks especially to Matt at Richer Sounds.

Absolutely first class! Bought an expensive speaker sight unseen from them. They missed a damage to one corner when they were describing the condition to me. On pointing that out after delivery, the store manager Kaz did not bat an eyelid in getting it replaced with a brand new one with next day delivery. I have bought all of my AV kit from RS for the last two decades and the service is always above and beyond!

Oxford deserve five stars but the transfer process of my item from another branch to Oxford has lowered it to four! However, I am very happy with the product to date.

I go to the Oxford Richer Sounds for the experienced staff. Once again I was not disappointed. My original purchase wasn't quite right, so after an assessment in the store an alternative was found, ordered and delivered within 24 hours.

Very helpful staff

I ordered by phone and it took only 3 days to get to the shop from the warehouse over a weekend. As usual Sterling service I collected that same day. I had a technical issue with the product but a chat with the guys from richer sounds pointed me in the right direction and I managed to get it up and working myself. Overall a great experience. Thanks again.

High quality products and exceptional customer service.

After 25 years it was time to upgrade my hifi speakers and I booked a listening room session with Kaz at the Oxford store. We auditioned four pairs of bookshelf speakers in just over an hour. The session was unhurried and utilised separates similar to those in my home setup. Nothing was too much trouble and my chosen speakers were delivered to the store for my collection the following day.

Excellent advice and service from Paddy and the Oxford team including flexibility to change my order. I really appreciated their ability to accurately predict when new stock would be available which was spot on!

Range of products great.

You walk in the store, nobody jumps on you. You get greeted in a friendly and polite way. When you are ready, the staff are on hand to offer, help, support and very professional advice.
The pricing is about right, but more importantly the service is bang on. Next day delivery, if what you want isn't in the store. What more do you want?

Kaz, the manager was really helpful.
Although we couldn't try out the speakers we wanted (and this is our fault for not booking that in) he was able to talk through the best possible options and explain installation etc. A very welcoming place with very knowledgeable staff. I doubt I'll go anywhere else for media devices from now.
