Exceptional service provided by RS as always. I special ordered a Denafrips Hermes DDC which arrived well within the 4-6 weeks estimated delivery time. My purchase was made by ‘phone in a professional, informative, pleasant and courteous manner. Delivery updates were provided. A win, win for me. A perfect transaction and an amazing piece of digital audio refinement gear.

Product great, as expected and Richer sounds Oxford excellent as usual, and was replacing an older Denon. Unfortunately the ‘feature decal’ that Denon slaps across the front panel pulled off some of the black finish! Gutted, but I’ll live with it.
Update: Paddy @RicherSounds Oxford went above and beyond by reaching out to offer a replacement. It's that kind of customer service that makes RicherSounds outstanding to deal with !

We dealt with Paddy at the Oxford Store. Good advice on OLED type 4HD TVs, purchased a 42" LG.
Prompt delivery and returning our dead TV for recycling, and the packaging for the new one was very easy.

It would help if the delivery guys could unpack and take away the packaging but otherwise first class as usual.

I was kept fully informed about my order, receiving an up to the minute personal call from Paddy when it arrived.
