It is a very easy website to navigate with competitive pricing. I was kept updated of the progress of my order & received a phone call when it was available for collection. There was a warm & friendly atmosphere in the Plymouth shop. I would definitely recommend Richer Sounds.

Our TV was delivered on time
Our TV was delivered on time. It has a good picture and sound. Jamie at Richer Sounds advised how to assemble the stand keeping the screen safe so there were no worries. If you get confused with the connections Richer Sounds tell you how by email or phone so it is all easy.

Didn't go as well as it should have.
Firstly, i like Richer Sounds. I like their ethos. I've used them for years. Bought a clearance amp. Delivery was quick. Amp was dead on arrival. Had been physically checked but not checked to see if it worked. Arranging collection took a further four days. Multiple days waiting at home only for the replacement to be deliberately delayed because collection hadn't yet been arranged. Ultimately it all got sorted and the replacement was fine. But this shouldn't have happened in the first place.

Found a new LG QNED cheaper elsewhere but prefer to shop at Richer Sounds. Jamie at RS Plymouth agreed to beat the price by £10, but couldn’t get the deal from the other company loading on the PC, so he tried again with the code on his mobile instead and it worked. Delivered within 3 days. Great service and delivery as always.

Product Advice prior to order.
I rang the Plymouth branch for advice on which TV best suited my needs. Based on the advice given I selected a TV on line and ordered click and collect.
The order was ready next day and I am very satisfied with the product.
