Samsung TV ordered by phone
Bought Samsung TV by phone having previously visited one store and phoned another. Price matching was done without quibble. The store that i visited didn’t seem that interested in helping me decide. Delivery was ok but I didn’t receive a phone call beforehand.

Thank you for leaving us a review, I’m pleased to hear the price match was handled smoothly, though disappointed that your in‑store experience didn’t feel as beneficial as it should have been, and will of course feed this back to the store team to learn from.
Regarding delivery, whilst our courier does send messages out via WhatsApp in terms of the delivery time window, I can understand that a phone call beforehand would have been reassuring, so I’m sorry if this caused any concern.

Buying from Richer Sounds is always a great experience and this time was no different. Even though it was a relatively small purchase, Vik from Richer Sounds Telesales was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. He really epitomised the reason I prefer making my purchases from Richer Sounds and similar independent shops and chains instead of the likes of Amazon.

Bought the 65inch Qled TCL TV from Richer Sounds. Originally I found it cheaper elsewhere but Richer Sounds price matched and knocked a tenner of. And the TV was delivered 2 days later. Can't complain. Have bought TV's from here before and they have never disappointed. Will be getting my next TV from them as well. Please don't get rid of the price match 🙏

We ordered our Pure music centre on Saturday morning by telephone. The sales person was very friendly and efficient and we received our order on the following Tuesday without delivery charge. Our item was in stock at a very good price and it is all we hoped it would be.

No issues, all went very smoothly
Having had a bad experience with Richer sounds many years ago with an in store salesman using what I consider dishonest sales tactics, it had put me off buying anything else from them since. However, as they had a competitive price on the TV I was interested in, I decided to give them another try and I ordered the TV from them. I am pleased to say that all went very smoothly, right from placing the order through to the delivery. The price of the TV was reduced the day after I ordered it, after I contacted them they honoured the reduced price and refunded the difference, so I was also obviously pleased with this outcome.
