Went in with cash to buy a 2022 BMW 310
MSRP - $4,999
Sticker Price - $5,651
Plus -
$750 shipping fee
$450 assembly fee
Extra fees $1148
Total OTD- $7,990
Asked about the used one in the lobby (983 miles) and OTD price was $7,650.
Kept trying to get me to look at more expensive bikes and put down this bike like it wasn’t worth the purchase, 5 minutes after that conversation he said that this bike is in high demand right now.
Overall worst sales experience I’ve ever had and ridiculous fees that claimed everyone has these fees now.

Saw an ad on cycletrader website for an 09 harley fatbob cvo at Ridenow Powersports in Kansas City. Drove 75 miles to look at the bike. I was told that it was " technically not for sale until it was serviced ". I asked why it was advertised for sale if it wasn't " technically for sale ". They were asking $10,995 for the bike. They wrote a proposal for me if I financed through them. They wanted $4000.00 down and over $400.00 a month for 72 months. That bike would have cost over $35,000.00 when paid off. Told them I would finance through my bank so they wrote another.proposal for around $13,500 + $1500 for a 2 year warrantee. My bank said they would finance and was ready to draw up the paperwork as soon as the service was taken care of. I offered them $1,000.00 down payment on the bike but they wouldn't accept it because it wad " technically for sale until service was complete ". Been waiting 3 weeks. A little over a week I received a call from one if their staff asking if I was still interested in the bike. I told them yes, I was very interested and was waiting for the service to be completed. I contacted them several times in the 3 week period to check the status of the bike. Texted them on Monday 8-1-22 asked for some assurance that I would be able to purchase the bike. Wednesday, 8-3-22 they sold the bike to someone else. Thus was after I was given a proposal on 7-13-22. In my opinion, if I would have financed the bike through them, at their high rates, I would have more than likely gotten the bike. In my opinion, they were looking for for someone who would agree to their financing. It's also my opinion that they should not advertise a vehicle for sale if it's not "technically for sale ". I will never do business with these people again and will let anyone who asks to beware of doing business with them. Worst experience I ever had with a dealership.
The worst experience of my life!!!!!
The worst experience of my life!!!!!. I purchased a machine, my first machine. The sales people made it seem like a real good deal. While purchasing I was asked if I wanted GAP, well of course I wanted to stay protected so I got it as suggested. I was also sold a warranty for battery and normal warranty. I walked out financing for over $11,000 over sticker price but was made to believe I got a great deal. Unfortunately I totaled the machine, thinking I was converted as I did all the paperwork for GAP and insurance I find out that ride now sold me a GAP insurance that wouldn't even work since they sold me a machine that was 125% over MSRP. Knowing this they still sold me the GAP that they knew world never work for this deal. They also wouldn't refund my battery coverage even though it was NEVER used. I still owe thousands on a machine that I don't have and no one at ride now can fix their wrong doing. They do to customers and don't care. I will never go there again and will make sure to let all my friends and family that are purchasing to never go there as well. RIDE NOW is one of the worst businesses I've ever dealt with.
This band of Bandits are illegally…
This band of Bandits are illegally charging people for items not requested and are only concerned with down payment and monthly payments. I have spent a career legally representing Auto Dealerships among other companies. But in the last 40 years I have never once encountered these type of under handed and lying people I met at RideNow in Jacksonville, FL on Blanding Blvd anywhere in the country. I have never purchased any ATV, Motorcycle, or Seacraft before so I did my research online. I was looking for a 2022 Honda ADV150 Scooter. It was listed on every website from Honda as a suggested retail price of $4199.00 plus taxes, dealer prep, and destination. So I did more research and found most MotorSports Companies charge on an average $1295.00 Dealer Prep, and Destination Charge is $495.00 add taxes and tag you are at $6100.00. I added a back trunk which with all the parts and labor cost $522.00. So that is $6600.00 total. So I knew what to expect. I have never driven one so when I arrived I asked to at least test drive it around the parking lot. But was told by the Salesperson they don’t allow test rides anywhere unless I sign all the paperwork to buy it first. Then if I did not like it they would tear up the paperwork. Well that statement and actions of making people sign all the legal documentations that constitutes a sale before even testing it out, are multiple violations of the Truth and Lending Law before we even talk price. We all know once you sign legal paperwork you own whatever you signed up for legally. So the Dealership nor any representative of the dealership can say, “Sign all your legal paperwork first and we will tear it up if you don’t like the item you purchased.” Because this places any lender they use to finance you in a horrible legal situation where they lose most of the time. But even with them asking this from me I decided to sit down to at least see a price. Not once did anyone at that dealership show me what I was paying them for the 2022 Honda ADV150, it was all about down payment and monthly payments (I had enough cash to pay cash for it but they never once asked me). I left that day with them asking me to put down $1800.00 (which they said the lender required and I have perfect credit and my car loan is at 0%) and 189-200 a month for 60 months. So I left and went home. When I got back home I called 14 different PowerSports Dealerships in or around Jacksonville and Orlando. The least I could buy a 2022 Honda ADV150 like I wanted it was for OTD (Out the Door with everything included) was $6100.00 at Cycles of Jacksonville. How does anyone get away with charging $2000 more than the MSRP especially on such a cheaply priced model because Honda wanted to have an entry level scooter. But since everyone was $6100 or higher (highest price I was quoted was $7100.00 in Orlando). So I called back into RideNow to talk to the Salesperson and asked for an OTD price. He said he was busy but said come back into the store and his manager would tell me or he would call me back soon. But he never returned my call. I called into PowerSports the next day and talked to some guy named George that stated for privacy reasons he could not quote prices, monthly payment, down payment or interest rate over the phone. Unfortunately for George that only works to keep peoples privacy secure if the customer has never been in the actual store and it only concerns interest rates and payments, not OTD prices which anyone should be able to get. I did from 14 other places without even going to their Dealership. Also because of Covid-19 the privacy act George referred to was amended to exclude FaceTime, Zoom, Skype or any other product that allows you to actually see the customer that had actually been at your store. This way you can quote payments, interest rates, and the like. But after telling George this he kept talking over me stating the same privacy laws. I then asked him if he road the short bus to school because I knew the laws better than he did and all I wanted was a price to buy a product from them. He said “ I did ride the short bus to school, do you have something against mentally challenged people?” In which I said, “In daily life certainly I do not but when you are dealing with someone’s money and valuable information that can be stolen, I would not want a mentally challenged person to handle this. “ So I asked for another manager. The next day another person called me, and for 15 minutes refused to give me an OTD Price. When I told him that was not moral nor legal, he said okay your OTD Price is $9145.00 before financing! Yeah you heard me right the MSRP of $4199.00 and my $522.00 worth of accessories had over doubled in price!!!!! When I asked for a break down of numbers he refused to tell me. Well yesterday I bought the New 2022 Honda ADV150 for MSRP period plus tax and tag. STAY AWAY FROM RideNow at all cost!
Don't listen to other reviews if you…
Don't listen to other reviews if you want to miss out on great service and a good deal I drove over 400 miles to come here to get my new 2022 rzr 4 1000 they are the only ones that had it in stock in 6 state , do your home work on new machine and all the add on's from every dealership before complaining there to expensive and the extra services they give you during the purchase makes up for the lil bit extra you pay their customer service was top notch from start to finish don't hesitate to call them and purchase a machine unless you want to pay a lil less elsewhere and be treated like crap ....gigantic props to the guys at ridenow
I bought a new motorcycle from Ian
I bought a 2015 Yamaha FJR 1300 ES motorcycle from Ian. It was a wonderful bike at a great deal. The sales team in the finance team are unbelievable. The motorcycle is fast and runs great. This is my 3rd motorcycle I had purchased from the RideNow business.
Nice Staff, Bad Policies
The staff at RideNow SoCal has been very nice and helpful, but I was surprised when I called about a bike and learned about an $890 "reconditioning fee" added to the asking price. I was willing to pay asking + taxes and registration, but a hidden $890 fee?! That's just wrong. Advertise the true price of the bike.
The worst customer service I have ever…
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Our brand new 2022 Honda 250 has been in their shop since the middle of January, 2 months, still in pieces. No one was calling to give us updates or communicate with us at all. Cam seized and engine died after less that 5 hours ridden on this bike! They tore that bike to pieces looking for the cause of the issue and found nothing. They couldn’t prove we did anything wrong, the service guy and inspector who came out to look at it both said it looked like a manufacturer defect but because we had done our own oil change and had silicone around the drain plug the BS warranty they sold us won’t cover to fix it. Oh, not to mention the first price we were quoted to fix the bike changed to something much more expensive and they won’t honor the first amount we were initially told. We spent over 50k at ride now, you think they would want to take care of their customers but they obviously don’t care once they get your money. Whatever you do, DONT BUY THE 3RD PARTY WARRANTY FOR ANY RACE BIKE! The very first thing the service guy told us when we called w the problem was “well I don’t know, it’s a race bike”. They knew the warranty company wasn’t gonna help us before a claim was ever even submitted based off the fact it was a race bike.
Oh, and not to mention their own service guy did the exact same thing we did when they were servicing our new Talan!! (stripping a bolt). So now we have to wait for them to order the pieces to fix it, and of course now both our toys won’t be fixed anytime soon to ride. But I find it comical the thing we did that voided our warranty (that still wasn’t the cause of the problem, just something they could use to not have to pay to fix it) they did too and are taking care of it no problem. So why not fix our bike too? Our $50k wasn’t enough??
Shane engelsman's dreams killed
Bought the bike of my dreams, $16,250 was putting $6000 down, after them lying about if I put $1000 more down instead of approx $6000 for maintenance and warranty I'd get it for only $1000 more. They added battery warranty that I had no clue about. The gps like lo jack that I had no clue of. After I said I do all maintenance myself, Im tired and there for hours and then rushed through paperwork. My bike after down should have been $9050 came to $18000. I was there 2 1/2 yrs before and denied on credit, did everything to fix credit and came back with a high credit score excited to finally have the bike I always wanted to be cheated, lied to and ripped off. I will tell everyone that will listen how they scam people and don't care. I did call back the next day and wanted to cancel but they refused, thought I have three days to cancel financing.
I have the money to pay cash! Do not buy from this place.
Also the salesman Mike had someone else ride a review while at dealership and he pressed 5 star button himself. I did not write the original review, wasn't even from my phone.

I always have FANTASTIC service at Dayton Ridenow Powersports! From the sales team to finance to parts and maintenance staff. I am always treated like a valued guest. Leslie made my day today and sold to me my dream bike. Awesome!
RideNow Powersports Helpful with Warranty Work
RideNow Powersports was very helpful with my warranty work. Isaac contacted SkiDoo and jumped through a bunch of hoops to help me get factory warranty work completed on my snowmobile. He was quick, efficient and friendly and a great communicator. He called several times to keep me updated on the progress of parts. He scheduled an appointment and it was ready the next day. Rafael, was also very helpful.
Thank you RideNow Powersports! Your service was greatly appreciated. Paul Carter.
Unbelievable mark ups!!! Buyer BEWARE!!!
I went in to look at ATV'S I came across a 2007 Honda ATV. I asked the price and they said between 3,500 and 4,000. So I waited for about 30 minutes or so to find out that my OTD cost (out the door) came up to 7,200!!! FOR A 2007 250CC Honda.. WTH! The guy who helped me was extremely nice and I know he was just doing his job, but really...... Completely wrong what they are doing. The fees almost cost as much as the ATV!! Unbelievable.....
Won't repair their own faulty work.
Dealership added $5,000 worth of accessories to Ryker 900 and after 1500 miles, one of the center led accessory light stopped working. I was able to determine that the led works but they spliced into other wiring in two places rather than use the factory wiring harness and correct method of wiring. A photo was taken by Ride now on N. Cave Creek and sent to BRP who confirmed that the wiring was not to be spliced and was not installed according to instructions. Since it was done by the Chandler location, I was told to call Drew, their installation Mgr who gave every excuse he could-outside of warranty, they wouldn't have wired it that way and it worked this long and was rear ended a year ago (that dealer said they don't do any rewiring) so not their problem. I would never go back to a dealer who is only looking for reasons to avoid responsibility. If this had just failed normally, so be it, but the only reason it isn't working is because they didn't wire it correctly, which is where the power issue lies.
Ride now is not a good place to shop…
Ride now is not a good place to shop especially if you need a ATV or an off-road vehicle for one I stayed there for 6 and 1/2 hours because I was promised to take it home that day and I only stayed there for that long because they said that it would be done in a half hour then they said an hour and a half and then they said 2 hours and I lived a half an hour away so I didn't want to have to drive home just to turn around again to come and pick up my quad. I was told that they would deliver it to me for free the next day but then the driver called in sick and then they said unfortunately it wouldn't be able to be delivered and I could either pick it up or it could be delivered the next day and I didn't want to wait so I had to drive up there another half hour just to pick it up. Next I got home eventually with my quad and started driving around and the rear brakes won't stop so I called and asked if they could take a look at it and they asked me what was wrong with it and I said I think it's just a loose brake cable but then they tell me that they could have forgotten break pads and I was like are you serious you took 6 and 1/2 hours for a safety inspection and in that time you didn't find that you forgot brake pads and now I have to drive there for another half hour drive and drop it off drive back another half hour and then hopefully go pick it up the next day for another half hour drive there and a half hour drive back
Dropped my Triumph Speed Triple
Dropped my Triumph Speed Triple off for my 12K mile maintenance, plus tires and brakes, and when I picked up my motorcycle and got it home, I found damage on the right side. Within 1 hour of my getting the bike home, I had taken the below pictures and sent them to Ridenow, documenting the damage as soon as possible. First thing the next morning, I called the dealer and they acknowledged receiving the pictures and he confirmed there was no damage when I dropped it off. I then called back and talked to the manager in the afternoon and, of course, he began to blame me. He confirmed that it was Ridenow's policy to verify and document any damage when a motorcycle is dropped off. He confirmed there was no damage documented. Even with both those confirmations, he is denying that they caused the damage and will not repair. I guess I am off to small claims court. I HIGHLY recommend that you do not do business here. If you HAVE to, you had better take pictures of your motorcycle before you leave it there. That would be the only way to prove it did not exist prior to leaving in their care. Even if I would have inspected the bike before leaving and showed them the damage, I HIGHLY suspect they would have still denied doing damage. They are going to end up paying anyway, I am not sure why you would not just do the right thing. Crazy world we live in nowadays.

Ride now price gouges everything they sell stay far away from ridenow.
I tried to buy a pit bike for $1184
after it was all said and done they wanted $2800 That is more than double the price
After finding out they put on a $399 lifetime battery wanrrenty (This bike doesnt have a battery)
and a $599 low jack on it.
So by taking those items off it should have come down $900 plus tax for those items.
No a chance they still want $2500
They also wanted a $599 documention fee plus MVD fees.
There was no MVD work done on this bike you get a certificate of origin that came in the box.
Stay away they rip off everyone that comes througbht the door
I tried to purchase a motorcycle here
I tried to purchase a motorcycle here, but the markups are insane. Bike was $5999 MSRP. These guys came in at $8969 OTD. No thanks, I found the same bike elsewhere for $6879 OTD. Wake up Ridenow!~!
I have a 2009 Honda crf250r dirt bike…
I have a 2009 Honda crf250r dirt bike that would not start
Last December I took it to Woods Fun Center; which is now called "RideNow", for diagnostic. They told me they would need to tear down the upper engine in order to give me an estimate to repair. The cost for the tear down was $270, which I agreed to. On 12/19/2020 they informed me the estimate to rebuild the top motor was $3,465.14 (In 2018 I bought this dirtbike for $2500 in mint condition).
While my motorcycle was in their care, the bike was stripped of parts, and returned to me incomplete. Total amount for parts stolen while in their shop: $4,501.29 :
$3,803.86 for mufflers - totally missing
$63.01 Chain - bike returned with a chain that is not mine and too big
$300 labor to install
$121 tires - incorrect tires & wheels
$ 20 - installation of tires
$193.42 custom graphics - partially missing, has last name written on them
So far Woods/RideNow has replaced top motor brackets, bolts, clips, nuts, and side panels
which equates to reimbursing me approx $150 out of a total lost to me of $4,501.29
5 trips to RideNow (34 miles round trip x5 =170 miles) Need to mention lost riding time with my son in cool weather.
If I buy the mufflers, they will cost $3,803.86 on Babbit parts web site. I worked with the following individuals who all said they would all make this right:
Dustin Sterns - Service Manager – no longer employed there
Joshua Watson – Service Advisor – no longer employed there
Matt Lanners (foreman) ?
James Surface – parts – still there – multiple emails with response: “Unfortunately we are having a hard time finding anything available and not on backorder”
Victor Anderson – General Sales Manager – Victor shook my hand, looked me in the eye and said he would call me. Never did.
In person, I told James and Victor, if they would simply get my mufflers, I would be ok with this and satisfied. Now I am realizing Woods/RideNow is not a reputable operation and they need to be investigated for fraud, larceny-theft, negligence, and bad workmanship.
NOTE: I have proof of purchase of graphics & tires
Past History:
June 2019 needed my kick starter repaired and a sprocket replaced, they tried to charge me $900, when it was supposed to be $570. I just want to note this might be the way they normally do business.
I have now files a complaint with the BBB Complaint #15405931 & Attorney General’s Office as of 4/24/2021
