great customer service

I wrote to customer service as the box came damaged, which isn't what I would expect from such a premium brand. I receive a response with apology very quickly from a lovely staff member. The website itself is very clear and easy to use too.

Complicated Returns Process

The bras did not fit so I wanted to return them. The Returns process was clunky, confusing and in need of a review. Instead of returning the goods back to UK they have to go back to Belgium via UPS which involves multiple copies of invoices that the customer has to sign then stick to the package. Then customer has to drop off at a UPS point and in my case I didn't receive a barcode so the shop had no idea what to do with it. Had to involve Customer Services and at present still not managed to return my good. R&P someone needs to simplify this as I wont get anything online again.

Ordered online. It comes from Belgium which I didn't realise so it took longer than I expected - which I put down to being the time of year - ordered 29/12 & arrived 5/1. All good.

Deauville Bra

I was first fitted in the Knightsbridge store many years ago and recommended the Deauville bra which is always so comfortable. I’ve always got Black, Natural and Latte in my underwear drawer. I had a ‘Birthday Discount’ treat from R&P so decided to treat myself to a new one in Latte and the style is as comfortable as ever. Packaged well and the delivery experience by UPS also excellent. Ordered from what I believe represents itself as a British brand and end up getting products delivered from US

Two weeks later than the suggested shipping dates!

Thank you for your review. We would like to clarify that all of our online orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Belgium, not the US. Your order was dispatched on December 19th and delivered on December 31st, which is 8 working days. Due to the Christmas period, there were no deliveries on public holidays, and this particularly busy time of year can occasionally result in longer transit times than usual. We appreciate your understanding.

Excellent customer care

After leaving a bad review of my purchase Rigby & Peller the customer service have been exceptional in contacting me to discuss my problem (a badly fitting bra) but I can say that they have gone above and beyond what we now seem to expect from on line sales and customer care and have now restored my faith in their usual excellent products.
