I was very happy with the professional attitude of river homes and Sue was particularly helpful.

Wow! First to see offered and Caroline and Ines worked so hard! Only 3 days between accepting offer and move-in date! Wow again.

Caroline and Ian are both very knowledgeable, efficient and nice. The sales of our flat went very well thanks to their expertise.

Fantastic experience selling through River Homes. Initially tried selling through a larger agent, however once I switched to River Homes I saw that the personal support and care they offered and the quality of the potential buyers they showed round was significantly higher. Phillip in particular went above and beyond to firstly secure the sale and then make it a great experience for both us as sellers and the buyers. Would highly recommend selling with these guys if you have a house near the river!

If you are a tenant then Riverhomes is not suitable for you, i have rented through them a flat for 1 year then renewed for an additional year, they have failed in all matters that concern transparency and fairness when a issue arises between the landlords and tenants although the landlord didn’t sign them to manage the property and was dealing with other agencies but they wanted to win his business even if it was by being plain stupid.
I recommend to compare their agreements and services with other agencies before getting any thing through them.
Riverhomes is Simply unprofessional.

Caroline has been amazing. She always kept me updated during the whole procedure. Even after the exchange of contract, she went out of her way to sort out every single problem I faced . Cant praise her enough.

I have a flat to rent on my unit and have been using Riverhomes as my agent for a few years now and they have had to deal with a few tenant changes. I appreciate the fact that they have gone beyond doing the necessaries - they have been proactive, knowledgeable, have had a good sense of what is possible at any given time and have, I believe, given me good advice. I need someone to take care of pretty much everything at a hand over, which Riverhomes have done, cheerfully and promptly. While they are not cheap they are good value as far as I am concerned.

We recently purchased a boat in Chelsea and we wanted to share our fantastic experience dealing with Caroline at Riverhomes. She was professional, accommodating and thoroughly lovely to deal with. She worked with great tenacity and patience to bring together a deal which we, and I'm sure her client, couldn't see a resolve at the beginning of negotiations. The only place to sell a boat in London. Rohan provided excellent professional, reliable and accurate service to sell my boat in St Kats. He knows boats and the local piers rules and regulations. He was easy to contact, replied quickly, gave honest feedback and stayed positive! Selling a boat in a tricky property market and most importantly navigating the sale to completion with the correct paperwork and timings.

Caroline and Ian provided a totally professional service, thoroughly covering every issue - including one's I forgot, friendly staff who seamlessly work as a team - so if one is not there the others are aware and manage the issue so everything keeps going. A pleasure to recommend to others.
