I am really enjoying the auto match feature for gigs! One suggestion would be a little bit more detail in the auto match notification. Detail I am requesting is from what city of item pick up to what city of delivery should also be included.

Everything was perfect in the app. I've been working for roadie for years. But for a fault they blocked my reserved blocks. I've always done everything right. They should give points or opportunities before blocking the account. I had to pick up my emergency son and my block was over, I had already worked 8 hours and I had 14 stops left, there were two vin and they were very far apart. I returned the 14 children and support put them back on me. I was given too many packages for a block of $128 and 7 hours, I delivered 60 packages in 8 hours and the others were far away.

At first the app had lots of issues but it has improved so much. I love that now it tells me if items are a good fit for my auto, that saves time and stress of guessing if items would fit properly or I’ll end up canceling once I see the item.

Routes sent through the congestion pricing zone in Manhatan, NY should be reimbursed, or paid $10.00 higher.

I really enjoy working on my own hours. This is definitely a great side hustle. I would love to be approved for XD pick up

The pay has decreased substantially over the years. In the last few months, they removed the blocks from the area and have decreased the amount of pay for gigs and increased the mileage, weight, and amount of items needing to be transported.

I love Roadie. It’s user friendly, and the support has recently improved.

I have all my certificates, including XD certificates, and when I want to select a scheduled block it tells me that I don't have the certificate, I already speak to support, but they don't answer this, it's three weeks old and they don't help me solve the problem.

Love working for this company easy to communicate and great paying

The app stay messing up and freezing, that slows you down from doing the route. It takes to get support when a driver has a problem, we need a number to get immediate support

I dont the approval rate on gigs
I dont like how they price gigs
we need more contracts on app

I just experienced the worst driver treatment from Roadie than any of the other gig apps. Let me explain: I have a perfect delivery score on this app. I ve never messed up anyone's delivery. I ve received tons of custom compliments and tips for my delivery service while doing Roadie. However, earlier this evening on 7/29/2026, I took a delivery from CVS to a customer. On the app, the customer clearly stated that she was in apt 100. None of these buildings in this particular apartment complex has numbers to identify the building. My app took me to building with apartment #100 listed on the doors which can be seen as you pull up. I handed the package to the customer and took a picture of the delivery with the apartment #100 included. I left to go do another delivery and I received a missed delivery notification. I tried to explain to 2 different Roadie support staff that did i made the correct delivery and that the customer was not specific enough with her instructions. But, both Roadie support staff found a way to blame me and they locked my account. Even though the Google maps and my picture showed that i was at the right place. Keep in mind that I NEVER made any errors with my deliveries while on the Roadie app. This was my VERY first issue, which wasn't my fault at all. After this experience, I ll be using Roadie a lot less and I will NOT be doing any pharmacy orders from this point forward.

Some of the roadies are pretty good but I feel like a lot of people lie just to get better roadie xds and they try to remove what doesn’t fit. Some of us have cargo trucks like myself and have businesses that allow us to better serve the customers. I think that there should be a cargo van drop every week for the ones who have cargo vans. Overall the app is good although it crashes sometimes but that’s a given, it’s been good to me when I’m out here hustling to make me a living.

Don’t understand how when easy higher paying delivery offers are not given but the lower paying heaviest deliveries are given without any verification. Your algorithm is not an effective one or is it an algorithm at all🤷🏽‍♂️. Need better pay for heavy items.

I am so unbelievably frustrated with this service. I have tried to use it to get my prescription delivered and it has been a mess both times. Totally wasted my time and money.

I am working from home and ordered this prescription and the driver was late, didn’t call or communicate at all and then marked my delivery as failed. I left a note on the door to have them knock or call. I have a ring door bell that I had running live to ensure I did not miss them and they didn’t even attempt to come to my door. Tried to provide feedback on the website and it’s also terribly managed. Didn’t even have place for delivery issues.

Will never use this again. The delivery person should be reprimanded

I wonder how Roadie works? Sometimes we who have vans get small gigs, and other people who drive sedans or mini SUVs get big gigs that don't even fit in their cars.
Communication with the drivers needs to improve, they need to create a direct line to solve certain problems.
please raise up the pay

Helplines don’t answer. Try using an American based call center and not 1 established in a third world country.
