Not purchased anything yet but I needed some info on batteries before purchasing. Their customer service was quick to respond to my email and followed up with a telephone call.
Very impressed with the speed and knowledge of their service. Excellent.

After experiencing a complete battery failure over Easter on a visit to Northern Ireland, a trip to RoadPro was called for. A lithium battery was quickly and professionally installed and hey presto after just being away in our motorhome for 5 days without an EHU the new battery shows 100% charged.

Very friendly and professional team. They did a superb job retro-fitting a Lithium battery and solar panel to my VW camper. This combination is definitely the way forward if you are struggling to keep your fridge running on a standard AGM leisure battery.

Well what can I say that’s not been said? No more worrying about power reserves with the 2 lithium batteries and 2000w inverter with all the extras, installed by a brilliant RoadPro team also installed an extra solar panel and an all singing and dancing Maxxfan deluxe
No more hookups and being able to do the cooking without gas, with an induction hob or microwave off grid total luxury even the dogs were left treats
Thanks again for upgrading my Elddis will definitely be seeing you again

Superb service from start to finish despite a few emailing hiccups and the fallout from the pandemic! There was no question too naive, no problem too much bother: they were focussed to deliver a service and that they certainly achieved (solar panel and lithum battery installation on our Peugeot Boxer Globecar campervan). We thank Allen, Damien and his team for a great job done and would not hesitate in recommending their services to others.

What a lovely friendly company everything explained on phone and while we were there, we had a lithium battery fitted with all the extras, a real tidy professional job, and all done in the time they had estimated.
Nice comfy seating in the waiting room along with toilets and drinks machine,would definitely recommend this company.

Had 2 100ah lithium batteries with all supporting hardware B2b,solar controller, Lithium mains charger etc also had the Jewel reversing camera and a couple of Cigar/USB sockets installed at the same time. I couldn't be happier with the explanation of what they were going to do on arrival and the quality of their workmanship. Pictures were sent during the 2 day install process to show how it was going. On picking the van up they gave a comprehensive handover showing me what was what. Brilliant service from the guys at RoadPro. A sign of a good company is what they do when things go wrong and things do go wrong sometimes. Unfortunately on arriving back home the Sargent EC700 PSU would not turn on so no habitation electrics, this was working when I left RoadPro. Andy the owner came to my house a 70 minute drive to try and fix but couldn't it was getting dark so it was decided that I return to the workshop on Monday to get it working, this I did but it became clear the EC700 could not be revived. Andy was on the case trying to sort a repair from Sargent who quoted at least 6 week turn around for repair and 8 weeks for a new one, These PSU's are like rocking horse poo none anywhere. Andy didn't give up and found a company that could repair the PSU in a week, unfortunately the PSU was beyond repair, again Andy wouldn't give up and somehow managed to get a new PSU and control panel from Sargent within a week. That is outstanding and service at its best. I cant thank Andy enough. After installing the new PSU and control panel everything has been working very well, I doubt I will ever have to plug my van into electric again. The Jewel reversing camera is excellent and a 100% improvement of the old one.

Fast forward 2 months, I have today returned from RoadPro after having a 2000w inverter and a Maxfan Deluxe fitted, brilliant service again Damion the installer built a shelf above the batteries where the inverter now sits so I didn't loose any storage and the Maxfan should cool the van in the hotter summer days that I am sure we will get many more of.

Yesterday we had a Lithium 100Ah leisure battery fitted along with the battery to battery charger and the RoadPro Battery computer. They had quoted for a new mains battery charger, but advised that oir excisting one was quite adequate.
So far we are delighted with it, no need to carry our free standing very heavy solar panel. Can use a hairdryer and the drop-down bed goes up and down like a dream without having to start the engine. Can’t stop looking at the computer display!
Excellent service - the work was very neatly done, in fact the only difference to see was the addition of the battery computer. Alan Jenner and team were informative and helpful, clearly explaining the benefits and how everything worked.

Just had 200A Lithium, MPPT solar and battery computer fitted to our Hymer. As we live local offered a cancellation so very quick install. Everything works perfect, had great handover, lovely neat install. From initial testing looks as though we will be able to use all our 12V electrical kit as long as we like without any worries. Charges rapidly from both Solar and B2B charger. Recommend to anyone. Very helpful and knowledgable staff.

I used RoadPro for updating my camos satellite system. I met a chap called harry very polite confident sorted the job in no time at all and all works perfectly I can definitely recommend this firm for anything electronic.

Had an issue with my satellite receiver. Absolutely superb service from Howie at Roadpro. Box just needed a software update which I failed to install at home. A visit to the Company workshop and the problem was fixed within minutes. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We have recently had a full solar and lithium upgrade on our motorhome at Roadpro, and the experience we had was everything we were told it would be, very professional, great attention to detail, courteous and friendly, everything was patiently explained to us regarding the procedure, by Allen ,Damien, and Howie, and then expertly installed, we were even offered a courtesy car to get back to north Yorkshire, as the install was over 3 days, as was a big install,

I would like to thank the team at RoadPro for resolving a warranty problem I had with a solar panel. I am satisfied with the result and was most impressed by the professional and friendly attitude of everyone. A special thanks to Allen and Howie for their time and assistance from when I first reported the problem till it was resolved. Wonderful service from this highly professional company. Having had a number of conversations with Andrew Harris, A director, My, as it turned out, quite expensive issue with a Crystop satellite system was successfully fixed and a new Control unit was delivered, From Germany in less than a week. Thank you Road Pro, you have a great service!

Had a Camos Jewel camera fitted and a battery conditioner (to top up the vehicle battery from my solar panel). Due to how busy they are (a testament to their reputation) there was a bit of wait to have things fitted, but I can't fault what they did, which was exactly inline with my highest hopes.

Many thanks to Andy and the guys at RoadPro who helped with my fitting queries this morning. Taking the showroom display to pieces to see if my trim would fit was defo service 'above and beyond'. I've now fitted my new Maxxshade with the minimum of fuss. Thanks again.

Following the advice of the team at RoadPro our technician recently fitted lithium batteries to a GlamperRV. I went out on a 3 night trip last weekend to test them and was delighted with their performance. We were using the Nespresso machine and hair dryer off grid with very little impact on the batteries. Not only did they not lose much, they recharged very quickly through the solar panel. I would certainly recommend RoadPro and the technology they sell.

On 28 feb 2022 we had a full Lithiam Battery system installed in our Peugeot Autosleeper warwick XL. The install took two days to complete and we can't praise RoadPro high enough for the job they did on our van.
We have nothing negative to say about either RoadPro or the team of people that work there. They were courteous, professional and showed active concern about the way we wanted the job done and in my view that is rare these days in any company.
Over the two days we were kept up to date with progress, with a photo gallery at the end of the day depicting progress so far; this was customer care at it's very best. I was amazed at the high quality of the finished job and was most impressed with the extensive briefing on the system before we left.
To the entire RoadPro team, well done guys on a fantastic job which is much appreciated. This team is highly recommended to anyone looking for consumate professionals who love what they do.

Absolutely brilliant. I had 200A of Lithium, charger etc fitted to my Autosleeper Nuevo. Batteries went under the drivers seat. All very tidy and the only thing that looks different in the van is the battery monitor.

It took a whole day to be fitted and I spent it in their waiting room which was warm, good wifi, free tea/coffee. A courtesy car was there if I had wanted it. I stopped on their forecourt the night before hooked up to the mains. All of the Roadpro staff were polite and helpful.

The lithium works very well. When fitted the batteries come at 20% full. The 2 hour drive home put in 100 amps from the engine alternator bringing them up to 70%. The van is kept on my drive and so I’ve been able to test the system pretty well - running it up to 100% and down to 20%. The voltage hasn’t dropped below 13.2v at any time. The battery monitor is very accurate and for the first time in 50 years of using a caravan and motorhome I feel confident and worry free about the habitation 12v.

Would I recommend lithium? Definitely. Would I recommend Roadpro? Definitely. In fact, now that I’ve got plenty of battery power and it’s controllable, I’m thinking of having them install an inverter to give me 240v.
