Two years ago I drove from North Somerset to Roadpro for the fitment of two leisure batteries, a new fast charging system, a battery to battery charging system and some other bits and pieces related, all because they came highly recommended to me.
Recently I tested their after sales as the rapid charge element kept alarming so without question they offered to replace it. Bearing in mind the distance between to two of us, Allen even arranged for a local contact of his to perform the change over saving a considerable sum in both fuel and my time.
Simply cannot fault what they have done to my motorhome which has meant that we run completely off grid with no worries over not having power, and have yet to even need a land line charge. Service has also been well above todays norms.

We had been researching getting automatic levels added to our motorhome. We contacted Allen and had a good chat and got answers to all our questions that helped us decide on getting them done. Although Roadpro were a little more expensive that others, they are only 30mins from us and could get the work done in before xmas, and due to work commitments were able to store the motorhome for a couple days as well. Since fitting them we went away just after Xmas and the levels made setting up really quick, just need to get some wooden blocks for grassy pitches and make sure we don't have to extend the legs all the time.

Alan and his team were excellent a few years ago when they supplied and fitted a replacement rear view camera. Therefore I decided to request RoadPro to supply and install a Ma-Ve hydraulic levelling system. Alan was very informative regarding the system and his team were very helpful when demonstrating the installed system. Being a solo motorhomer, since losing my wife, this automatic levelling system makes levelling much simpler than using ramps.
This company does ensure customer satisfaction and therefore I have no hesitation in giving my full recommendation.

My 18 wheeler truck caught on fire in Texas last week and I lost everything in that fire absolutely nothing could be salvaged the truck was completely destroyed I talked to a very nice lady at st Christopher truckers fund and she contacted the people at road pro and explained to them what happened and road pro sent me a new cb radio a new Bluetooth headset and many other useful items and I am truly grateful for the help from roadpro to recoup some of my lost items the people there are great and I really am grateful to them for the help they have given me

the controller box for the system had water ingress through the cables which seriously corroded the electrics. so asked if they had replacement or if they knew where I could get an equivalent.
they gave me a flat no! and said they do not supply Wi world satellite domes or spares anymore, so if you have one of these systems you can't get spares. I'm disappointed with their aftermarket supply. will use a more reputable supplier next time

It has been almost a year since I visited roadpro to have my solar upgraded.
I tend to wait and be sure that everything works and that anything that needs addressing is done without fuss.

I was concerned at first that the initial contact was only through email (no phone number) I needn't have worried as I had a return email within 30 minutes and then followed by a phone call.
Sometimes I find that I can't express my needs via email.

What I wanted to do was increase my solar from the standard fitted 80 w panel, fit a MPPT controller and hopefully give me enough solar to keep the batteries charged especially from November to February when the sun is more or less absent where we park.

After looking at the van it was decided to leave the original 80 W panel just to keep the vehicle battery charged and add a 105 W and three 25 W panels to primarily charge the Leisure ( Lithium battery) so 260 W in total, I didn't think that they would be able to get that amount on the roof of a Nuevo.
Once the Leisure battery has charge all the solar power then go's to the Vehicle battery.
the new controller appears to be doing its job well.

I did have an overcharging problem originally but this was sorted without any drama by exchanging the unit for a new one and this has sorted the problem.

On a nice sunny morning both batteries are charged by around 10.00 am on the very dull days this is by around 2.30 ish.
The work was very neat and tidy, could do with a better waiting area though.

I wanted to get my money back and they said all they could do was replace the product! I called couple weeks ago and! Just call me 320.310.9966!

Had a full solar, lithium battery,B2B, inverter fitted by thes guys just over 2 years ago and the system they fitted was fantastic powered kettle, coffee machine, hairdryer, straighteners air fryer even the air con all so we can be off grid couldn’t praise them enough…..2 years on and just out of warrenty my nds inverter packs up rang Allan he says pop in on your way back and we’ll have a look at it (we’re away at the mo) popped in and yes the inverter was buggered, as it was just out of warranty they replaced it free of charge for a re-condition one…..where else would you get that service….no words really if you I. The market for off grid Motorhome or narrow boat living deffo give these guys a try !!

Howie from RoadPro gave me technical advice by email (we being in Scotland) over the issues concerning my failing charging system via a new-installed solar panel. This followed the upgrading of my Hymercar solar panel (a few months previously) to power the non-gas ‘fridge which drained the two lithium batteries over a few days.

He patiently went through the process of testing the components and concluded that the regulator was the likely suspect… and it was. The replacement did the trick so that we can now camp off-grid without further food/drinks worries during hot spells.

It’s very comforting to know that sound technical advice is just an email away, though it seems that RoadPro staff members are always unavailable by phone. No doubt an indication that RoadPro is always on high demand!

It’s 3 years since we had our lithium install, 200 amp of NDS, 2x30 Votronic b2b, 2000wNDS inverter. Since then the guys have also installed an Ablemail trickle charger and a ctec mains charger.

The only issue we have had is with the inverter, we are on our third! Allan has been amazing through it all sorting us out.

We are currently in Germany on a one month tour using stellplatz and totally offgrid. We use our induction hob, nespresso maker, microwave, Helen’s hairdryer and straighteners no problem at all. Even had our rooftop aircon on the other night for 3 hours at medium, only used 40 amps.

It’s really transformed our use of the van, we have swapped to a diesel Truma so we only use gas for the fridge now.

Just wanted to let you know we are still delighted with your work and we recommend you to everyone we talk to considering a lithium upgrade.

Just before christmas 2023 Road pro fitted me an off grid system with 2, 150 lithium batteries and the full kit to go with it including solar.
We have been using our Knaus motorhome in europe for 6 weeks with no need for hookup and the system working a treat. Installation was neat, tidy and exactly what I asked for.
Staff are very knowledgeable and really know what they are doing.
We are very happy.

I enq about the camos reverse camera plus 2 x leisure batteries and also a maxx fan ... A quote and a suitable date for fitting..
I was then directed to product fitting ... I had all the details of camos part numbers plus added I req the. Onitor too ...
Their reply was we only fit what WE supply..
Anyhoo . I again mentioned the batteries and plus , the max fan and can i call you as this has now taken 40 mins of my time... & I mentioned that their customer service was from the arc .. & If I spoke to someone the whole matter could have been resolved plus a date to fit ..
Roy then decided not to communicate at all on that stupid txt speak ... I typed that I would be sending a review on my very sad experience ... reply ... we are very busy ... someone will contact you ..Yeah. ya guessed ... no response ...Shame on road pro ... I just wanted to spend money to fetch some jobs done..
If they are too busy and can't communicate, then how good are they with fitting gear ... a bit suspect .. I've m
Now gone elsewhere and all my request were dealt with over the phone which took 10 mins and I have fitting date also ..

After a Road Pro upgrade to Lithium battery system in August 2023 we have just completed our ultimate test. 12 weeks in Europe with no use of electric hook up at all. The system never missed a beat and was absolutely faultless. 300w solar with 300 ah of battery power, using kettle slow cooker and a small mini oven and all our lights and charging etc. never dropped below 47%. Whilst solar is great when sun is playing ball, there is no substitute for the fabulous 2nd charger for touring. Thank you again for a super job. Sally and Brass

Excellent service from the team at RoadPro. Great advice from Allen on an off grid system for my new campervan - two lithium batteries, solar panels, B2B and inverter. All very neatly installed by Damien and Howie with comprehensive handover on completion. Even lent me a courtesy car so that I could return home until everything was ready. Very professional throughout and I would highly recommend.

Great service and have the right “techy” support. They delivered us a high spec mixture of NDS and Victron remote monitoring, it’s a great combination, and everything works as planned. It’s transformed our MotroHome

Good service. Kept informed throughout the process. On price. I stayed on the premises the Sunday night before the work and it was very quiet. Hookup was available but be aware hookup point is a household 13 pin plug socket. Highly recommended.

We first came across RoadPro at the NEC motor home show, when we given very clear and easy to understand advice. We followed this up by placing an order to have a lithium battery, an inverter, and a btob charger fitted. This work was done to a high standard and came in slightly lower than quoted which is always nice. We now travel off grid and very happy with how the upgrade works
