I’m planning a big trip out west
I’m planning a big trip out west with approximately 5500 miles. I would like the ability to search campgrounds, state parks, national parks, RVcamping 300 miles out (or set point out) from each location. I would also like the ability to have a basket or stash for favorite sites-sorted by city and state. I’m not able to add the same RV park on the way up on a trip and way back. Love the ability to move things around, book directly from map site and plot the path taken.

Trying to plan a trip and it's SO messy…
Trying to plan a trip and it's SO messy - every time you make a change the order of everthing changes and I'm constantly dragging things back into place. Not user friendly. I'll persist because I paid for it but this is really not what I expected at all. It has a lot of plus's but the reality is it's bad with mapping. Everywhere on my trip is not suitable for an RV?? Crap!!

Main plus is the amount of waypoints.
It can be annoying though if you change the start date for example and you have to manually adjust the date for each waypoint.

Hard to get to the directions section in navigation. Some of the routes are narrow roads.

It's not as user-friendly as stated
It's not as user-friendly as noted in the promotional videos. It's difficult to change the route options. When the options are changed, it wants you to back track in place of rerouting.
I paid for the program once and will use it. Otherwise, I will not extend it past the first year.

Ruined two good apps, this is useless.
Used the Campendium app and Togo Rv. Both were great and allowed me to plan trips with safe routes towing a travel trailer. Since the Roadtripper robbery i can't plan a trip at all. Routes aren't acceptable for towing and maps hide route numbers and valuable information. My last attempt to just get mapping to a campground 124 miles away was a disaster. A three day trip with stops at motels. Everyone who had subscriptions to Togo Rv should have been given refunds before these crooks took over. Would not recommend.

Automatic renewal money grab!
First, last year’s merging of accounts from roadtrip and other apps was confusing and I believed I had cancelled the subscription. Second, there is absolutely no notification (or receipt!) related to automatic renewal. Most respectable companies at least send an email giving a heads up. Customer service is completely scripted and weak. Waste of money imo.

How did anyone travel before this? HOW? This app and website is SO magnificent! It makes things for those of us who are geographically and navigationally challenged a breeze. It sorts points along the trip well, but CAVEAT: sometimes DO CHECK. It may not always put A before B along the travel line. You can easily see hotels and attractions along the way and add them and gives great details to check them out. It is so visually easy and appealing. Honestly: if I'm traveling any distance I use it and find it enhances any trip. I am NOT connected to the app or makers, but I've used it for years and it is just so, so helpful. Whether your spend or taste is high end, low end, or around the middle you can find places to stay and things to do, and BEST: you can share your route and adds and thoughts with friends and let THEM give suggestions too.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I would leave a zero star review if I could. I signed up for the free trial and at the time I figured they would notify me before charging my card. I tried to use the website and the interface online is awful and kept crashing so I gave up. The next month I saw a charge for the highest "premium" package charged. I reached out to notify that I would like a refund and a receipt since they did not even send me a receipt. Customer service did not help, so I'm trying to warn people not to waste their money on this terrible app. Seems illegal how sketchy this company is.
