Appalling delivery service my goods were delivered damaged on the 12th August and im still waiting for a collection and redelivery DATE which shouldn't take more than 24hrs with all the technology we have!!!

The store in Bristol is well stocked,staff are amazing and helpful. The store is clean,well lit and well organised.

Clear easy to use website. Great range of products at fair prices. Goods despatched and delivered promptly. Everything is as you’d wish.

The product "ZERO IN Wasp Nest Destroyer Foam" which I purchased is useless and should be withdrawn and replaced by Rentokill powder.

Good quality shears but took a week to deliver - which is not usual nowadays.
Also, the phone number and email address listed for the guarantee are out of service/not available....So...

Everything went well with my online order. The garden parasol I ordered appears to be robust, well made, and good value for money. Delivery was good. Will definitely consider ordering other items in the future.

Really easy site to use and good prices however we have been let down with delivery and whilst we appreciate it is via a third party it does spoil the shopping experience and may stop us ordering in the future

Ordering was very simple, and delivery within a couple of days was very pleasing. The arch was easy to put together, and very sturdy (with the addition of our own anchor clips)

Bought a very inexpensive Outsunny bistro set. Fiddly to assemble and quality not as good as previous more expensive Outsunny bistro set but OK for the money so no complaints. Order arrived promptly, well packed although tiny area of paint scraped off one part, obviously done before packing.

phoned in advance and gave advice to call on the morning of the delivery when they could provide an exact time for the delivery. Condition of turf excellent and advice on laying spot on.

I haven't had the product yet, why send out an email for me to review when I haven't had delivery yet, still no delivery date given.

Looking for. The items came assembled so it was easy to just place in the room. It is exactly how described in the picture and the same colour. I’m soo happy with the items as I’m always looking for a good quality durable item. Definitely recommend and the items arrived before the estimated date when ordering. Which we were even more pleased about and the delivery team were great too and very polite

The Xhdaxl parasol stand which I paid Robert Dyas and who I have a contract with came damaged -reported to Robert Dyas on the 13 August 2026.
I was informed that a replacement was not an option and if required a full refund I would have send the goods back which is not option for me.
I require a full refund.

The parasol i purchased was in the Sale and i was very pleased with it when it arrived. It matched our chair covers and slotted into our table perfectly.
