I raced into the shop on a Friday evening just as they were closing. Not only did the staff let me in but they were very helpful and charming even though I held them up after a very long hot day for them.

If I could put 0 I would. They failed to meet the contracted delivery date. Items purchased based on 3 days delivery for an event and it did not arrive. No help from customer services and no comparison given. I was left out of pocket as had to cancel the event due to missing equipment.

Appalling delivery service my goods were delivered damaged on the 12th August and im still waiting for a collection and redelivery DATE which shouldn't take more than 24hrs with all the technology we have!!!

The product "ZERO IN Wasp Nest Destroyer Foam" which I purchased is useless and should be withdrawn and replaced by Rentokill powder.

Good quality shears but took a week to deliver - which is not usual nowadays.
Also, the phone number and email address listed for the guarantee are out of service/not available....So...

Everything went well with my online order. The garden parasol I ordered appears to be robust, well made, and good value for money. Delivery was good. Will definitely consider ordering other items in the future.

Really easy site to use and good prices however we have been let down with delivery and whilst we appreciate it is via a third party it does spoil the shopping experience and may stop us ordering in the future

Ordering was very simple, and delivery within a couple of days was very pleasing. The arch was easy to put together, and very sturdy (with the addition of our own anchor clips)

Bought a very inexpensive Outsunny bistro set. Fiddly to assemble and quality not as good as previous more expensive Outsunny bistro set but OK for the money so no complaints. Order arrived promptly, well packed although tiny area of paint scraped off one part, obviously done before packing.
