Very good visit for our annual heat…
Very good visit for our annual heat pump service. The engineer was very thorough and gave us great advice on what we can do to monitor / manage our heat pump and what to look for when preparing for the winter season.
Well coordinated and proactive action in arranging the appointment. Much better than previous experiences when we had to chase Daikin for a service.

Robert has been ro my property a couple…
Robert has been ro my property a couple of times and both times has been very courteous and efficient at finding the fault with my heat pump and rectifying it.
He has also completed a full service and kindly explained in more detail how to manage the system. He is obviously very knowledgeable and experienced in his field.

This was our first experience of Robert Heath, who visited to carry out remedial work and to carry out the annual service. The follow up to our request for a visit was very good in terms of communication and the engineer was able to identify, correct and explain a number of faults arising through incorrect settings, as well as complete the service.

Gas safety check
Got a text message to say we were next on route & that engineer would be here shortly.
Over an hour later the engineer arrived. He checked the boiler, meter & airing cupboard & said everything was ok. On other gas safety checks I've had to sign to say they've been & completed the check but he said that I didn't need to.

A total waste of my time
I have a Daikin bronze cover for my air source heat pumps in my second home . Today I had to drive from london at 6am to be there for the engineer at 8 am He arrived at 12.30 without a ladder to reach the units ( 3 metres from
The ground) and then realised he was not qualified to service the units that Daikin had installed. So the whole day was a total waste of his and my time.

Nightmare company whose engineer…
Nightmare company whose engineer thought it was ok to just put a card through the door on 2 occasions without even knocking isn’t acceptable then to get a letter from housing association due to gas service not being done . Finally today the engineer that came knocked on the door was a lovely polite gentleman just pity all engineers are not like him when you take time off work to be at home .

Our standing world as always , enginer was helpful respectful and 100% knowledgeable about the fault. All fixed amd have heating again. 100% become recommended for anyone with heating or boiler problems.
