In spite of having a major breakdown with our Daikin Air source heat pump, within 6 months of the end of our 5 year warranty we have been very impressed with the support and attention from Robert Heath Heating that is a subsidiary of Daikin. Whilst the repair costs were estimated at c. £3750 we have received high quality support from the engineers that have attended over several visits. The engineers and office staff have demonstrated a professional attitude to ensuring our system is fully repaired. It is the hallmark of a quality service that demonstrates a concern to provide a high quality resolution. Thank you

Took some time to get an appointment for an Engineer. Having made contact it was reasonably efficient and the Engineer was efficient and professional and above all kept in touch with his time of arrival. It would help if the time window was narrower...some of us cannot keep hanging around on the off-chance of the Engineer 's arrival.

After lots of mishaps on the delivery side they finally sent the right order to me but on the workmanship the three lads were brilliant especially Scot who was there from the beginning the two engineers were amazing as well they fixed the problem and learnt me a lot about the system well done Robert Heath keep up the good work 👍

The engineer mended the circulation…
The engineer mended the circulation pump so that the heating now works. He was polite and was very thorough. He also downloaded new Daikin software.
Hopefully the heating system is now ready for colder weather.

Ever time these guys come out
Ever time these guys come out, my heating or my hot water settings have been changed in a way that can't be reversed. Yesterday, they finished the job and now my control panel doesn't work and we're without hot water. 'Every visit' there's a new problem they leave us with.
