I purchased a ‘Beautifully Refurbished’ vintage telephone from their website. The item that I received was nothing like the item shown in the photograph on their website. The phone I received was in need of some refurbishment. It had not even been cleaned.
I was charged £8.00 for postage when the real postage cost was £3.10.
Having returned the item I then had to wait weeks to get my refund. In which they had the nerve to deduct the £8.00 postage charged.
They do not answer their phones, nor do they reply to emails.
To survive in business you need to have good product, price and service. This company offers none of these and should be avoided.
