Worst customer service ever! My email was hacked so I am trying it changed on my account and my sons under the parental controls! They keep asking me to send them information FROM THE EMAIL THAT WAS HACKED!!!! I keep telling them I no longer have access to it, but I can give them purchase receipts or whatever else they need as proof and they just keep asking for the same information over and over. Clearly I am not even talking to a human being as the emails sound very automated. It’s frustrating because my 9 year old can’t log into his Roblox account using the 2-step verification code that goes to my HACKED EMAIL ACCOUNT now. So all of his game progress is lost and all Roblox keeps telling me is they can’t help me with anything. I’ve asked what else I can give them and now they aren’t even responding back to my ticket. Absolute WORST and I’m very dissapointed they treat their customers this way.

I have been a paying Roblox customer since 2019, with documented purchases of over 11,000 Robux (~$140 USD) across dozens of transactions. My most recent purchases are from 2025-2026, and I have a created group, large inventory, and years of progress on my account.

Due to a technical error during app installation, my account was incorrectly assigned to the VNG (Vietnam) region. I am a citizen and permanent resident of Belarus — I have never lived in or visited Vietnam, and I do not possess any Vietnamese identification.

Because of this incorrect region assignment, I am denied access to features I have paid for:
❌ Voice chat blocked
❌ Text chat severely restricted
❌ Region-restricted content unavailable

I contacted Roblox Support multiple times (Ticket #172240124 and others). My case was automatically routed to "Roblox - VNG Support" in Vietnam, who responded with a literal copy-paste:

"Your account is currently subject to the terms and conditions of VNG in Vietnam, and unfortunately, changing to or from the VNG region is not permitted. If you wish to use Roblox with a different region, you would need to create a new account."

So Roblox's "solution" for me — a paying customer of 6 years — is to abandon my account, lose all my purchases, lose my created group, lose all my progress, and start from scratch. Meanwhile, they continue to accept my payments while denying me service.

Roblox Global Support refuses to intervene, redirecting me to VNG. VNG Support refuses to help because I have no Vietnamese ID — only a Belarusian passport. I am stuck between two support teams who refuse to take responsibility.

This is not just a technical issue — this is a consumer rights violation. A company cannot accept payments while denying customers access to purchased services, then tell them to "just create a new account."

I have filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). If Roblox continues to ignore this issue, I will pursue this matter through every available consumer protection channel, including chargebacks with my payment provider.

All I want is for my account region to be corrected from "Vietnam (VNG)" to "Global/Belarus." I am willing to provide my Belarusian passport as proof of residency. No refund needed, no account deletion — just fix what your system broke.

Avoid Roblox if you care about owning what you pay for. If they decide your account "belongs" to a region you've never visited, they will lock you out of your own purchases and tell you to start over.

Disgusting and useless human support. Absolute bots.The customer service of this company is a complete joke. I spent several days trying to recover an account that I have full internal knowledge of. I provided the exact registration date, locations, active VPN usage, exact friend count, and specific avatar items.Even after my case was forwarded to the "specialist team," the human agents acted like brainless robots. They completely ignored my explanations, copy-pasted the exact same automated macro responses, and kept looping me back to the broken self-service portal. They literally asked for my consent to reset the credentials, asked me to confirm my username, and then just closed the ticket without doing anything in the database.They do not care about player security or helping real people. Lazy, incompetent, and heartless. Zero stars.

me and my friends got perma banned over night for absolutely no reason. They didn't give us a reason nor warning. We both have had our accounts for about 6 years. I've spent thousands of hours on this game and spent thousands of dollars. We cannot be serious roblox. Banning the actually players instead of the hackers and the preds. All that time wasted.

While I enjoy most of the games, the Roblox Support is terrible. Particularly the human assistant. I had an old account that I needed help accessing, and their only response was to make a new account. That old account was really important to me and no matter how much I begged and offered more information, they simply replied generically, recommending that I reread the information they have already sent. I might as well have just contacted the AI Assistant at that point because it wouldn't have wasted so much time. I had to email Roblox two years ago for a separate problem, and they were equally as unhelpful. I recommend using Youtube or Google for any questions because Roblox Support is essentially a generic, time-wasting resource that may as well exist as decoration rather than serving any real purpose. The age verification stuff is pretty frustrating too because when struggling to access my account two years ago, I used a Youtube life-hack to try and access it by attaching my email then attempted to remove my email from my account using an age change of 7 years old. It did not remove the email, but did lock my age at 7 years old. I emailed Roblox Support about it then and they did absolutely nothing. They're very lazy, offering no help. As an app itself beyond this though, I enjoy the games, but I feel like as a minor there is still a very real threat of predators on the games even with the age verification.

Roblox used to be fun but nowadays it's just straight up A.I slop like age verification, age groups and divided sections and AI games. Roblox is now AI slop

If I could, I would give it a Zero. WEIRD GAMES, BRAINROT, just awful. Though the creators are geniuses in money, because they made money from this binbag version of fortnite. Also the ai may steal your picture for money for roblox.

There once was a game called "Lay on ninos lap", I played it for a whole of 10 minutes, lost some new friends I met in the game and I got scammed. At the end of the day it was an obby game and I couldn´t lay on her lap. Wasted a whole 10 minutes for ts.

Why does my almost adult teen need to have permission from me? That is just so stupid! I would understand that that is something for young children under 12 but not anywere above that. It is ridiculous that that is something that is needed.

Bought a $50 gift ecard for my grandson and never received it. The phone number they give for help has a recording that says not to call for customer service. And the live chat isn't live it's AI and is no help at all. I sicked my bank on them to get my money back. This POS company has no customer support

This is just ass now.

The excessive use of artificial intelligence is actually insane, even got their own CEO banned! (for a short while.)
Not to mention face scan keeping the platform "Safer" by SHARING it to US GOVERNMENT.
ALSO on the topic you need the face verification BUY STUFF and need robux premium to POST games now?

Utter bullshit.

I get that some of this is for safety, but they are doing other shit that's pure greed. I probably won't mention it, but I bet you know because its all over those roblox ranters videos, including KreekCraft.

I'm giving it 2 because there are some good games on it, otherwise it will be getting a 1 star.

So basically I was off Roblox for 2 months and now since I was off for so long I had to update it, and when I tried to it wouldn't work and also there are so many brainrot games which suck. But 1 or 2 years ago there were no brainrot games. So fix your game!

The stupid amounts of AI chatbot games are annoying because all I want to do is play a game where I can talk to real people and all the game is now is a load of AI generated rubbish that no one wants to see and here is a list of everything I hate about roblox.

1. Dumb AI chatbot games that bombard my recommended page.

2. Annoying people that write complete gibberish in the chat.

3. Most thing in games being locked behind paywalls which is annoying if you have no robux like me.

4. Robux being ridiculously expensive because who is spending nearly £200 on roblox in one go?

5. And who really wants to pay £2.99 for a dumb brainrot item? No one unless you like that but that's your choice.

6. And some games are really weid and I haven't played them because I don't want to know what those games are like.

And if you actually like roblox, that's also your choice. But I personally think the game is strange because of some of the things I've seen on there.

Your timer is unfair, there are hackers and you don't care, people are saying nice things and you randomly just rephrase it, people are dating and you don't care. this would have been good if it wasn't for age checks, rephrasing, makeup, dynamic faces and the fact that roblox doesn't listen to its community, only the investors care.

So i have a question. Im asking if you guys could get rid if 6 step verification and see if theres another way to prove that were not robots. The reason that i think should do that you should get rid or fix is because you guys arent sending me a code for 6 step verification so if you could fix that i would really aprecciate it.

Bad customer service. I am trying to email them to help me fix my settings account about enhanced protection / changing password / having a problem setting up my 2 step verification. All I get is an AI emailing me and after providing it will tell you they cannot help. Really bad support from the game.

Bad: T-shirt as aren't free anymore, because T-shirt changed cost 10 robux to pay create new T-shirt, classic 2d shirt, pants and T-shirt must subscribe to Roblox Plus to publish store, I can't buy for roblox plus always getting failed for me, classic head and faces are removed, Ai moderator more worse getting false flagged, just like that past I got banned 7 days without warning.
Good: Groups as new added multiple roles and color, announcements new changed to reaction vote, new added explorer instance UIShadow and others, but I give star of 3/5, because is not bad.
