Roblox: A paradise for pedos

Roblox had a problem that stuck with it for decades now, and that is pedos grooming minors, weirdos making Poblox rorn. (especially Forsaken fans) And Roblox has terrible moderation and hangout games are basically now places where people do unspeakable things. Back in April, i was playing this game called "Flex your country's weather" and guess what? I saw 2 naked players in one day of playing the game, son what?! and also how are these avatars approved by Roblox moderation. And don't get me started on the recent updates in 2026, THEY REMOVED CHAT, ADDED MAKEUP, and idk what else but something bad as well. (those are the only bad updates i remember) But Roblox doesn't care about their game and their community, Roblox only cares about money because whenever Roblox ACTUALLY takes action onto some bad stuff, that only happens when they're losing money. And i've seen weird Roblox games on the platform that should be banned. David Bazucki should retire Roblox. Also if you're around 5-12 and you're mad of my hate on Roblox. Screw you!

Roblox’s customer support is a broken, automated joke that effectively steals money from children and families.

My child’s account (under 13) was locked due to a system glitch. By Roblox's own safety design, underage accounts only utilize a "Parental Recovery Email." I provided frontline support with ironclad proof: an official notification email sent by Roblox directly to my inbox referencing my child's exact username. This explicitly proves my email is tied to their database.

Furthermore, I provided an official Apple credit card receipt for Robux purchases. However, because my children mostly use Roblox Gift Cards for safety—and like most minors, don't have credit cards—Roblox support repeatedly sent automated bot templates stating they "don't have enough information," told me to “just create a new account,” and closed the ticket.

This brings up a terrifying corporate flaw: Is Roblox's official policy that if a child is under 13 and safely uses Gift Cards, Roblox will permanently confiscate their paid digital property whenever a login issue occurs?

They refuse to let a human supervisor look at the Parental Email field. They are holding paid digital assets hostage. Parents, beware: do not invest a single penny into this platform. Their support is predatory toward families!

Terrible non existent support when my daughter got scammed/ hacked in a game. Support ask for information that doesn't exist and then refuse to answer any questions on what to do. If your child asks for roblox just say no and save yourself the stress! Roll on the ban!

got scammed

if there was a 0 star option i would press that. i have been a member of roblox for about 5 years now and have never had a problem until now, i used my debit card and spent $76 on the platform and when i went into character customization it showed up with a total of 1 robux, i specifically bought about 4560 ish and as i saw them enter my account within the span of 5 minutes i had lost all my robux to a bunch of users that i apparently bought something off them which i didnt because i hadn't even spent a single one. i have reached out to customer support and supplied all the images of my transactions and images of the receipts that were sent to me. they then said that they couldn't help me because i apparently wasnt the owner of the account and needed and email verification to get back into my account. i used the same email for the account for the whole 5 years ive had it and its the same email i used to reach out to them, suprising how one of the biggest gaming platforms in the world can F you over.

Here's what I think Roblox has become.

I think it’s time to break it down and see Roblox for what it really is. Excuse me if I come off as whiney, but it’s time to face the reality of this platform.

I've been playing this game since 2018, and I think it's safe to say this platform has changed immensely, and for the worse. As everybody knows, the recent updates have been catastrophic. From the removal of classic faces and to the new age restrictions, this platform is about to get torn apart from the inside out.

There is one update in particular that I am the most upset about–and that’s the dynamic heads transition. Since the update, I have lost more than 50% of my value due to the dynamic heads update. My largest item, beast mode, lost more than half it’s value prior to the update.

It went from 125k to 55k in value. Granted, that’s on me for purchasing the item in the first place, but that does not cancel out the fact that I have lost money due to this update, as many others have too. In my opinion, I think it’s unfair that Roblox took a specific look that people paid for and altered it into something else, which arguably looks worse.

It has been getting to the point where people who don’t even play Roblox themselves, such as my mother, think that the updates are terrible. Many others, players or not, share the same feedback. I don’t know how anybody could get through to Roblox, but this platform is one more bad update away from imploding.

It’s not even just that update alone, the age restrictions and the new clothing/game publishing policies are big issues with this platform as well. It’s quite obvious that these updates are ineffective, and have proven to do nothing but harm the platform.

Hopefully Roblox can learn from their mistakes and slowly rebuild the community, but the chances of that happening are extremely low.

Impossible to resolve account access; customer support extremely unhelpful

I am incredibly frustrated with my recent experience with Roblox Support. I am a new user who created an account just a few days ago using my Xbox/Microsoft login. Due to a system failure, I am not receiving the necessary verification codes to log back in, which has left me permanently locked out of my account.

Despite contacting support and providing all my purchase receipts as proof of ownership, I have been met with a wall of automated, template-based responses. They are refusing to verify my account because I cannot provide receipts "older than 30 days"—an impossible requirement for someone who only started playing a few days ago.

When I asked for help from a human or an alternative verification method, they simply sent me the same canned refusal and told me to file a complaint with a regulatory agency, effectively abandoning a paying customer. Their "support" system is a loop of AI agents designed to block you rather than solve technical issues.

I have now had to request a refund through Microsoft for the purchases I can no longer access, as Roblox has shown zero interest in helping a legitimate user regain access to their account. If you are a new user, be warned: if you have any technical issues, you are on your own. Do not expect any real support.
