There were problems with the product that I purchased, but none with Rock + Run's service.

Payment process was a little confusing (enter payment details after submitting the order), but worked without any problems.

Great service as always, have had a long break from climbing but am happy to see that rock + run are still a fantastic website and provide a great service.

I really like rock and run, they have all the right kit and its at a good price. It's my favourite shop on line, would love to call into the actual shop. If I had loads more cash I would be in their fir hours!!

Fantastic prices for the Rab aeon base layers even better that Rock and Run stocked XXL so I could get some that fit, great price for the 240cm climbing sling and camp nano QuickDraw. Super fast postage and good value for money overall recommend to all

I've used Rock+Run before and i have to say that it's been an enjoyable online shopping experience as usual. The website is easy to navigate and the step to follow to checkout are simple. The postage was excellent (Royal Mail first class) and my parcel arrived 3 days after the new working year started (i ordered new years' day 2014). excellent service all round!

Brilliant, ordered a rab jacket for £150 off the rrp, never used sage pay before but all went well, as always the delivery wasn't really fast but that's royal mail and I always receive my items late from royal mail, please consider ordering from this great independent company.

Great looking pair of boots at a great price I bought the La Sportiva Trango S Evolution GTX , yet to try them out they felt a lot stiffer than I thought they would be, but very happy with my purchase and I would definitley recomend Rock + Run to buy from.

Ordered a Western Mountaineering sleeping bag very nice to talk to over the phone very helpfull and quick delivery if you buy anything from them buy in confidence excellnet shop.

They just have really good products at very competitive prices. If your not sure what you want, drop them a bell or email and they will give you some sound advice. Delivery times are quick and your kit is always well packaged. They are my go to outdoor company.
