Delicious chocs,

Having previously had dusted almonds purchased from yourselves as part of a birthday hamper I decided to gift them to a friend for her birthday... The almonds arrived well packaged... Though apparently the box was huge comparatively... Soon after purchase... Were placed in the designated spot... And impressed on consumption... My only niggle is please sell more vegan treats... You do it sooooooo well... And your packaging is sooooooo beautiful...

My query via email was answered promptly, courteously and satisfactorily The chocolates are presented in beautiful boxes and of course are delicious. The parcel was delivered by DPO when they said it would be and i was kept informed of delivery details

I have been the customer over 3 years, great for corporate gift that quality and presentation is perfect. I always buy at Marylebone store and Amir is always very helpful and friendly.

I went in to get a gift for someone I didn’t know but was given fantastic advice, which I followed, and because of this received a very kind thank you from the person this was a gift for. The salesperson who made this possible was Amir. Really good guy.

Smooth purchasing and delivery. Excellent chocolates the Dark Chocolate Ganache Truffles are delicious and make excellent gifts.

I was happy to buy a box of Rococo truffles half price as a gift for a friend. She was very happy to receive them. As a gift-giving experience, it would be better if Rococo could have a date-specific service, and also the capacity to include a note or card from the giver so that the recipient knows who the gift is from.

I’m glad you use Royal Mail and not another courier .. RM know where we live and are reliable.

Lovely chocs

I have been purchasing Rococo chocolates on and off for over 10 years. They were once a luxurious and high quality brand, they no longer are.
Since the company was taken over by a large corporation (illy) the quality of their products has reduced, and today I received a gift box of chocolates that were mouldy.
If you are looking for a high quality and luxurious chocolate product I would look elsewhere.

Rococco chocolates really stand out. They are beautifully presented, and taste fantastic. Each chocolate is delicious. I always buy them as a special gift. There are very few other chocolates on the market that match up to these in terms of quality and taste.

I just purchased two boxes of of the Sea Salt Milk Chocolate Thins and I have to say this new recipe is hugely disappointing. There's no chocolate finish and the discs taste very oily and lacking in cocoa. It seems to me that quality has gone out the door here. Although I perfer milk chocolate to plain I still want to receive that chocolate hit. I bought the same flavour in the bar the other week and that was delicious. I think playing around with the recipe has done these chocolates no favours. I shan't be buying them again.
