I use RomyPets for my pet related products and always find them excellent. I had a recent issue with a delivery which RomyPets dealt with immediately, how quickly problems are resolved is a measure of a great business.

Order arrived incomplete. The most expensive item - soft kennel for dogs didn't arrive (worth > £200). No info from the company about delivering the item on a later date. It’s very expensive item so it should be taken seriously. Emailed customer service yesterday but no reposne so far, nor are calls answered. Very poor customer approach. I will still try to get in touch to find out about my order or to get my money returned but it makes me feel anxious it’s unnecessary and could have been avoided.

Good price, got what I ordered and came quickly.

Very easy to order goods. Product arrived within an acceptable timeframe. Goods were well packaged and very well priced compared to other sites. First time of using this site but would be happy to use again.

I have bought several items from RomyPets and found the Staff to be very helpful when I have contacted them on the phone for advise. The products are of excellent quality and reasonable prices. I have never had to wait long for delivery and the products are well packaged.

I ordered some dried dog food on Tuesday, with 2-4 days delivery. I tracked the parcel, and it was said to be "out for delivery" on the Friday. It didn't arrive until Monday, 6 days after ordering. I have no complaints about the dog food, but I was very disappointed with the late delivery.

If I Could give these clowns 1 star I most certainly would have..
I placed an order on 17/3.. they emailed to say the item I had ordered was out of stock .. so I requested a refund.. I heard nothing. I then emailed them again on 28/3 to ask where my refund was, they then replied the item I wanted was now back in stock and would be posted.. they never posted the item and I had to chase them for a refund.
Absolutely shocking customer service, be warned!!
Think twice and twice again before you order from these muppets.

Fantastic prices. Always cheaper than high street shops and they always dispatch quickly. I order every month at the moment for puppy treats I struggle to get from my local shops
