Micheal has been fantastic at explaining all the stages of applying and securing a mortgage to me as a first time buyer. He was transparent, discreet and personable. Micheal kept me informed at each stage the process through email and phone calls. He has been great at explaining all the extras that come with purchasing a house - like insurance and wills. I will definitely be using Micheal again and I 100% recommend.

First time using RMS due to being advised to by a member of my family who use them a lot, particularly Alistair Bowman (Ashington / bedlington branch) and I can only say it was the best decision I made. Alistair has been exceptional throughout the whole time going through my re-mortgage with me and I would recommend him 100%.
