We bought our house via RMS at Bedlington and we were very impressed. Staff were friendly, professional, and dealt with any of our queries efficiently. Our moving process did drag out due to solicitor issues but we got there in the end! Big shout out to Claire!

I have recently delt with the Fenham branch of RMS for both letting and selling purposes. Although the whole process has been slow and frustrating at times there has been excellent communication and a very professional approach to getting satisfactory outcomes.

RMS helped me sell my Grandmother’s flat in Blyth after she passed away. I live over 300 miles away but the team facilitated the sale for me and kept me updated on all stages of the sale. Nothing was too much trouble, especially as this was a remote sale and I would definitely recommend this estate agent.
