Bottles looked old one was of, when received only two bottles I ordered 3 but did sender another bottle very weak. Shouldn't take orders of the original order was not sent but alternatives should have been asked first.Not a very good response no offer of replacements

Was disappointed as the product I usually order was substituted for a poor quality alternative of a different formula and the 48 hour delivery actually took over a week

Easy to use website.
Easy to use website, good stock of aromas and special offers. A practical checkout, payment link process and receipt of purchase.
This one time the only quibble was having to pay £3.50 excess to cover 48 hour postage when p&p was £4.00 already paid for 1st class.
However, delivery was quick.

Reliable independent supplier
I had absolutely no problems placing my order, the only tricky part was making payment by manual bank transfer and emailing the store to let them know I had made the payment, but they were very quick to acknowledge and complete the order and it arrived quickly in plain discreet packaging.
I will definately be using again, but may use their click and collect service as I've just discovered that they are based near to me.

We have had no emails from you.
The Hot G Buzz was from a wew batch and these lids are seals already and wrapped from the manufacture so to have 3 bottles leaked is unusual.

the shipping is not 48h, and the bank transfer shipping is weird because it is not really common. however the costumer service is really fast to respond and good product.
