Easy process of payment, quick delivery, discreet packaging and great variety of aromas

I can’t really rate these guys highly enough.
Online sales have always gone well.
They regularly discount with exceptional deals.
I’ve only ever had one minor problem with a leaky bottle where they really excelled themselves; Toby in particular. Responded to email out of hours and replaced the item quibble free in pretty good time given that this included a weekend.
Up until this point I’d just been satisfied in a ‘nothing to report’ kind of way but it seemed that they really went the extra mile to make things right.

Delivered on time just as I ordered no problem great service and quality products.

Awful customer service
In reply to your comment it took you a full month to even try retrieve this order from the sorting office and that was after a dozen phone calls and emails most of which werent replied to. You're lucky you got 1 star!

I have been buying room-aromas from this company and have never has a problem. They have a great range of products so these always something to suit all tastes!!
Postage is fast and parcels are well packed. I always get what I ordered so there have been no 'hiccups' so to speak.
I did have a problem with my password last year as something was wrong with there IT systems but this was soon sorted out so all was OK>

Good prices fast efficient shipping and staff. Not much else to say really apart from discount codes once signed up

They never seem to have any stock -- I have, unfortunately, had to start buying elsewhere - the website doesn't give clear information on what is available - I used to use them regularly as they are friendly and quick - but they will have to try much harder to win back my custom.

Hi, I have been a satisfied customer of Room-Aromas.co.uk for a few years now, but recently I have noticed that quite a lot of the better aromas seem almost permanently to be unavailable, also my last two orders have been replaced by aromas I didn't order, presumably because the ones I had ordered were out of stock, if it happens again I shall be looking for another supplier.
