This company needs seriously looking into. It's an embarrassment and pathetic. I keep getting emails saying Sky has sent me a parcel but there is no calling cards and they don't stick to delivery time... See more

Very disappointed with Royal Mail’s…
Very disappointed with Royal Mail’s customer service. I called regarding two Royal Mail Tracked 48 parcels, each with a different tracking number, but both were part of the same order. One parcel has been stuck at Nottingham Mail Centre since 25 July, while the other has been stuck at Midlands Super Hub since 25 July, with no tracking updates since then. I find it very difficult to understand how two parcels from the same order could both end up stuck at different stages of the delivery process.
When I contacted customer service, I was simply told to wait until 5 August. I was advised that if the parcels had still not arrived by then, I should contact the seller to request a refund. No investigation was offered, and no case was opened during the call. I expected much better support for tracked parcels. It is very frustrating to receive no real assistance after several days without any tracking updates. Very disappointing.
How far the mighty have fallen
How far the mighty have fallen. No better than Evri now. That is an indictment of how poor they are.
Item stuck in the Glasgow MC for a week on 48 hr service

Customer agents hang-up as soon as they answer!
Rang twice this morning to get through to the customer service team regarding a lost parcel. Both agents answered and put the phone down. This is a tactic to reduce call volumes! Both times I was on hold for 25+ minute's. We are a company operating via click and drop, because their business team cannot on board you in a timely manner. We have been waiting over 3 months for a call about onboarding. Everytime I ring up, they say theyve put a chase on it, but I've still not had a call. We spend around £1500 per month with Royal Mail, and this is how you get treated!
Never bother turning up
Trying to post an item with collection - a service ive paid for so it’s supposed to be available. Royal mail didn’t show up.
Im struggling to get to a post office and they can’t even show up for a service they provide.

On 30th July @ 2.45 received text attempted delivery. Watched on my camera 2 deliveries made that day both to same houses in the street next door but one and house opposite. 2 GPO vans 13.30 and 13.53. I can only assume you didn't have a third van. Very annoying.
Really gone downhill in Worcester
Really gone downhill in Worcester. Used to be great. Now things constantly late and delayed. Had multiple problems with delays now thought it was just a one off but every time I order something that’s meant to take 2-3 days it’s more like 2 weeks. Really annoying. Sad downfall to watch. Would think twice sending or buying anything if it was by RM, unfortunately.
Terrible service, ignored directions
One start is too high! This is a terrible delivery service. My delivery date request was ignored, then I had an email to say I wasn’t in (no surprise, they tried on the wrong date!) Then I waited in all day on the right date. The delivery didn’t arrive, but another email saying I’d been out did! The email said they would try again or I could book a different date, but I can’t do that because the app says I’ve already booked a date and I should try later. The delivery office is only open during my work hours and there’s no option to leave a parcel with a neighbour.
If I could put zero I would
If I could put zero I would, it’s not even about the delivery it’s about manners, first they ring the bell and knock the door or even the window like you owing them rent and then when you open the door and greet there’s no response and it’s not even the first time, every delivery guy, I always greet “good morning” “good evening” and always end with “have a good day” but they just give you your package and turn their back at you. It’s very disrespectful and communication should be a standard procedure.
False delivery attempts and other excuses
This service is consistently disappointing. Despite the advertised 48-hour delivery, my parcels almost never arrive on time. I now ask senders to please use just regular mail or DHL.
The most frustrating part is the repeated false delivery attempts. I stay at home waiting for the parcel, yet I receive notifications claiming nobody was in or that access was not possible. On one occasion, our regular postman successfully delivered another parcel at exactly the same time, proving that someone was home. I even provided this evidence, but it was simply dismissed with another excuse.
They also never leave a “something for you” card, which strongly suggests that no genuine delivery attempt is ever made.
Then, they usually go on to claim that there was no access, which is equally implausible when the building has a porter who accepts deliveries and provides straightforward access.
The tracking updates bear little resemblance to what actually happens. Instead of attempting delivery, it feels as though reasons are simply invented to explain why the parcel was not delivered.
After multiple similar experiences, I have completely lost confidence in this service.
Attempted delivery scam
Claimed to have attempted delivery but nobody was in and didn’t use the registered safe place for low value parcels.
My wife & I were in at the time stated and nobody approached the door and the doorbell camera was not activated.

Appalling service
I have had 3 parcels that never made it to me over a 3 month period. No explanation just unable to track. This is what you do track and send how can you not do half of your job? Then recently made the mistake of sending a package to USA should have taken 5-7 business days it has taken 10 days and is apparently still in transit! Not customs or even arrived still in transit. How did they post it via donkey?
Absolutely hopeless
Hopeless,
Whatever you do, don’t stay in waiting for a delivery. I’ve had two expected deliveries from them in the last week five different delivery windows not met one of them was not even on the same day - this was a flower delivery that turned up ruined I’d say they had probably been kept in a hot warehouse somewhere and obviously not delivered on time.
And as delivery times are not met then they give you a new window three hours later and twice the new delivery windows were met either pretty rubbish.
This is just recently my past experiences with them have been equally bad. I grimace when I order something and I’m told it will be delivered by Royal mail.

I'm only giving one star because zero…
I'm only giving one star because zero isn't an option. 100% of my packages have failed to be delivered, with no clear explanation as to why or when they might arrive. When you finally get through to customer service after waiting for over an hour, you're connected to an outsourced agent who argues that the failed delivery is somehow your fault. To make matters worse, Royal Mail is one of the most expensive postal services in Europe. It's hard to understand why the government continues to support such a poorly performing company instead of giving more reliable providers a chance.
Useless Hopeless Incompetent
Been waiting in all day for a parcel that was supposed to be delivered between 9:50 and 12:50. It’s still not here at 1:50.
Obviously they haven’t bothered to email or message me to apologise or tell me when or if my package will be delivered.
Exceptional Service - Peter Arnold - Tweedale
I can’t recommend Peter Arnold at Tweedale highly enough. He went above and beyond to help me, taking the time to connect me with some vital post when I really needed it. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made a huge difference. It’s rare to come across someone who is so committed to making sure people get the right help, and I’m incredibly grateful for everything he did. Thank you, Peter, for your outstanding service and for going that extra mile!

Royal Mail Tracked 48™
Slow post. Tracked 48
I am expecting 3 packages which were collected by Royal mail last Saturday by tracked 48, and now on the Thursday they have not been delivered. One package according to tracking took 2 days to travel from Manchester to Warrington and is still there.
Horrendous
Royal mail delivery address refused my parcel, then it was returned to the wrong address. They refused to correct the issue and simply moved to dispose of the item. Wouldn't mark it as loss despite it being their problem so I will have to chase this one legally afterwards, horrendous service, will use a different company moving forward for anything.
Absolutely pathetic service from royal…
Absolutely pathetic service from royal mail. Most companies give a two hour window not royal mail they have you waiting home for 8 hours.
It seems to be a week or more for delivery, the tracking only kicks in a few hours prior to delivery. If I can have a alternative delivery company I will choose those over royal mail every time.
