Went in to get my son body armour he was about to try it on and my daughter was holding a rugby boot for her dad and the man ripped them out of her hand and said they don’t fit you made her feel very uncomfortable I will never use this shop again
Also if you just want a look around you can’t with out that man walking up to you asking can I help every 5 minutes

Bought some boots and sportswear from the Cwmbran branch in south Wales with my son. Can’t remember the guys name but he was from Abertillery, he was outstandingly helpful and friendly through out our shopping. A credit to the company

I bought an expensive but poor quality pair of Adidas rugby boots from Rugby Heaven. Boots were poor quality but the customer service was a bigger let down. Issues purchasing and then little support when the boots fell apart. I was able to sort it out directly with Adidas in the end but would have been much easier if I’d bought direct from Adidas. I’d never buy again from here.

A joke. These people sent me a £35 shirt with a yellow stain on. Then offered me 10% discount when they accepted the stain as real. I’d rather eat the shirt than give them the pleasure of allowing me a whole £3.50:off a piece of tat. It went in the bin and they can stick their £3.50. I guess it’s fine when the goods are ok but if you have a problem forget these guys.

Went to the Queens branch before Christmas to update my running shoes. John was amazingly helpful attentive and knowledgeable and I walked away with a new pair of Hoka's. But following advice I wore them round the house and knew they just weren't for me. So they sourced the pair I have already, transferred them in and kept them until I could next get to store to exchange. Super helpful. I have my fave new runners and I will def be back next time I need to update!

I ordered an item for a Xmas gift. The item did not fit so I had to return them. Due to postal strikes my item never got back to the company in time (only 10 days after Xmas day!!!!) . The only offer was credit note or purchase something else. I wanted my money back!!
Shameful since everyone was suffering due to postal strike and it was out of our hands!??

Placed order for 48hr delivery. Missed del, but customer service efficient when contacted and tracking of my package sorted out + re delivered.

Outstanding service. Rugby Heaven went above and beyond to dispatch an order at short notice, which I didn't think would get out that day. Order arrived in good time. Several shirts ordered for my daughter to try, kept one, and again, a first class service for the refund on the returned items. I have ordered on numerous occasions and every time, I cannot fault this company.
