This is a "sticker club" that is almost impossible to get out of. This company is NOT what it portrays itself to be and I finally had to cancel my credit card to end my membership.
The quality of the products are cheap at best! Use caution when ordering from them.

Awful scam company. Check their BBB ratings. I had to get my cc company involved and the found in my favor. Their customer service is just awful and they are extremely rude. They just lie and take responsibility for nothing. Owner pretends to be a veteran, but all the veterans I know conduct themselves in a much more upstanding way.

I signed up for their "catalog club" and after receiving the catalog, I decided this was not what was promised. I tried to cancel my membership, and on their website it says you can cancel at any time. that was over a year ago - and I am still getting the catalog, and getting charged $20 4 times a year. I have reached out to their company, and every reply says "oh you can cancel on our website - but there is no place to cancel. I reach out to the company again, and it is the same thing every time - this is so frustrating!
I contacted my bank, and did a stop payment for future catalogs - and they still figured out how to charge my account!
I would steer clear of this company - they make big promises and do not deliver at all. And then they say customer service is very important to them - but then they don't help you. If there is this much of an issue with just their catalogs (which are not worth $20) I would never trust in ordering something from them

I have asked for them to cancel my so call subscription they will not do it I am not paying $20.00 a month for stickers this is ridiculous I have tried contacting them no response this is a shim sham operation!

I have enjoyed the tumbler I received and today I received a coffee cup and it is absolutely precious. Their merchandise is top grade, and I am so glad to be a member

This beta group sounds good at first but then some red flags start showing. This is actually a SUBSCRIPTION for a monthly sticker club that costs $19.95. I was automatically put into it when I purchased a Farmhouse Tumbler. I received an email on how to cancel this after I found out they were taking money out of my account. I emailed them and received this back:

It was not clear AT ALL that I was signing up for a "sticker club" to the tune of &19.95 a month. I have included pictures of the "stickers" that are very homemade and not very creative. The products seem nice but excessively overpriced. This is a gimmick to get people hooked into different subscriptions Rustic Territory runs to keep people paying monthly fees. Clever...but very dishonest. I would not recommend this company to anyone who wants to keep their hard-earned money.
