The quality and choice of products. Lack of staff operated check outs. Some of the staff are so miserable

20 substitutions, and when I contacted them they said I should of declined the order. Order went to elderly parents first time doing this. Had to take back to a shop for refund. Will not be odering online again

I like Sainsbury for food shopping and especially liked TU clothing. Very disappointed that the changing rooms are closed. I live an hour away from a large Sainsbury and it is a pain to have to buy / take home /try and then return if not ideal fit. Will I drive an hour to a large Sainsbury for TU clothing ? I don't think so.

Easy to order my groceries on line. Saver delivery prices always available. I book for a 4 hour window but on the day Sainsbury will advise of a one hour delivery time. If I am not happy with anything the company will refund. My only grump is that I am rarely advised if a short eat by date on a particular item is there. I need at least 4 days as I can't use all of a product in one go, i.e. a loaf of bread or a chicken.
The delivery people are usually friendly and polite and helpful.

Find products are getting much dearer.
I like to be served by a cashier but queues can be very frustrating.

I have noticed a real decline in my local store. Not enough staff, having to use self checkout which I don’t mind but then only one member of staff to do all the checks, resulting in long waits for customers. Also the last few visits have resulted in me having to return the following day as either you don’t have the stock or the dates were very short. I have started to look for alternatives to Sainsbury’s.

Sadly only a few products that I wanted were available.

Shopping was great, everything i wanted i bought, however, I want to comment on smartshop moving to the Sainsburys app, WHERE IS THE SHOPPING LIST? The best thing about Smartshop is having the shopping list and basket in one app that is easy to switch between! Surely i don't have to revert to pen and paper! Come on Sainburys, I expect improvements not retrograde steps.

I find Sainsbury’s give me a first class delivery service and provide quality goods at a reasonable price. Deliveries are nearly always on time and they do a good job when substitutions are required.

Local store out of stock numerous times on the fruit and vegetable isles.
Checkout queues going to back of store.
Lack of staff on shop floor and abandoned roll pallets and cardboard littering isles….not good.

Most of the time the store is very good. On a resent occasion did I make a complaint to customer services. I did no even get an acknowledgement, they even ignored a duplicate

Delivery is always between the times stated and all the delivery drivers are vary courteous and helpful

The store is always clean and tidy and I can find everything I need. However I always feel incensed to see lovely plants so dry they have died on the shelf. I have witnessed this on many an occasion. Why can’t someone be appointed to water them and also so Sainsbury can sell them! A total waste.

No changing rooms caused me GREAT INCONVENIENCE.
