I placed an order almost four weeks ago, and while the package arrived in my country, I hadn't received any updates since then. I reached out to the company, and they responded with an incredibly kind and helpful message. They offered me the choice of a refund or a re-shipment of my package, which I truly appreciated.
I decided on a refund, and they processed it immediately after my reply. Great customer service in the end—thank you for your support!
To my surprise, I received the items after the refund! Wanting to make things right, I emailed them to ask for an account where I could repay the refunded amount. Their response was so generous and thoughtful—This is what they said, "Please see the order as a gift from us on this occasion :-)" Truly outstanding service!

I need to change my review, I did end up getting my product and the customer service is amazing. They reached out to me right away. Kept in contact to assure I recieved my product and was willing to make things right if they needed to. I highly recommend their products as even worth the wait it was worth it with outstanding customer service support along the way.
First time ordering and having second thoughts. I've been tracking the shipment and it said a week ago it was at my local post office awaiting delivery. Here we are a week later and still nothing. I've gone to my local post office and they don't have it? Pretty bummed was really looking forward to this product as well as using salon wholesale for furture purchases but now not so much.

Not to be trusted. Have been waiting over a month for two products. They are UK based, not based in Australia
Still no products after numerous follow ups.
I ordered something almost 4 weeks ago now and it still has not arrived. The package arrived to my country but I have not heard anything else after that. I contacted them 5 business days ago but no answer.
Update:
They answered me now and were super kind in their message. They gave me the option for a refund or re-shipment of my package which was nice. Thanks for the help

I answered them right away but got an automatic message again telling me that they try to answer within 48 hours and to be patient. I’ve waited 4 days again for an answer and I’m still waiting…
I did an online purchase 2 weeks m ago and I didn't receive my order! I sent an email, a message to the company and no feedback!

First time user of this site so i was slightly apprehensive as i had never heard of them before and had read a few negative reviews . I was kept informed regular about delivery status so all in all flawless from placing the order to delivery. Phew !
A lot of choice. Not extravagant prices, quick delivery
Bought the feather professional blades. Way more affordable than elsewhere on the internet.
Loads of comments suggest problems with postage but had the exact opposite. Arrived within 2 working days and free shipping!

Delivery never arrived. Ordered 30/1, deliver window to Australia 13-27/2, (which is outside 15 business days for latest date) no sign of it as at 8/3. Contact with company - offered replacement but “item” (I ordered two different items) “out of stock”. I see that similar customer experiences have been scrubbed from Trustpilot or that company has solicited customers to do so. Am currently trying to negotiate refund.
Ordered from this shop but received an order confirmation from The Modern Man. Then they emailed saying my scissors are out if stock (while I ordered hair dye). I asked for a cancellation, which they confirmed. I ordered the items elsewhere. This shop didn’t cancel the Klarna payment, and ignored my email to ask for this process. And then they proceeded to ship the items even though the order was cancelled.
Update: the shop has gotten in touch and cancelled the invoice. They also let me keep the items that were sent wrong. I’m glad they solved the issue so I am updating my rating.
