Salon Wholesale 

I ordered a 1500ml bottle of L’Oréal Serie Expert silver shampoo and was really happy when my package arrived. That was until I opened the package to find more shampoo on the package than in the actual bottle. After contacting the company and explaining the situation I was given a refund. Given that this would mean I’d have to wait for the money to come back into my account and make another order elsewhere, I told the company that I’d rather have a new bottle sent out. I then received a phone call from David who I can only praise for his excellent customer service skills! Even though the product was sold out David quickly arranged for two smaller bottles as opposed to one larger bottle to be sent out the next morning for which I am very grateful. I would like to praise David’s efforts to resolve the situation and inform Salon Wholesale that David from customer service is a credit to the company!! Thank you David... from me and my soon-to-be silver hair, minus the brassiness

Great Products, fast delivery.

I was skeptical about using this website but I decided to give it a go because of the great prices. I didn’t receive a confirmation email with my purchase which I thought was sketchy. I paid for next day delivery and my item arrived next day, item was as described. I will use this website again.

I used this clipper charger for one day, Now it doesn't work. The connection faulty, doesn't charger. Not happy.
