Salon Wholesale 

Product ordered and paid for on 5th December. To date no sign of my goods. Overall poor communication from merchant. I had to ask them for the tracking number, which oddly shows no further progress than Belgium (I don't live anywhere near Belgium), with a comment "sent to destination country". Really really poor experience.

Wow excellent customer service experience, fast communication with questions and very fast shipping to Canada , I appreciate everything, only thing is they need to update their products with ingredient list the shampoo I ordered didn't have a ingredient list and had sls in it , but I took the chance . Thank you again for being a reliable company, I will order again in thr near future

I ordered some hair tints and developer in the afternoon and received the package the next day at noon. Really fast delivery!

Ordered received on the 17th of June

Placed order on the 19th of may and didn't receive anything yet
Also sent email but no reply

Placed order with them for 2 pairs of scissors on the 16th Dec 2020 after numerous phone calls and emails eventually got 1 pair in Feb yet more calls and emails to them asking where rest of order was to be told they had stopped dealing with a certain supplier but had alternative in stock and would be dispatched that evening yet again the wait begins waiting for the little brown box eventually today it arrived (8/4/2021) so all in all if you bye from these don't be in a rush

I am very satisfied with the product but most of all customer service! The shop offers many great products for reasonable prices. The payment is easy and you can choose different types of delivery. I can highly recommend to any people considering shopping with Salon Wholesale! 5 stars obviously!

I purchased some hairdressing scissors and waited a week to ask when my item will be dispatched, its dispatched from elsewhere so unfortunately they didn't have full control of when I would receive my item but apparently there was a note on the website I must of missed- so my mistake.

Customer service, however was amazing and kept me informed and responded to my emails promptly in a friendly and understanding matter, which is lovely difference from the usual copy and paste answers.

Received my item today and very happy with the product and service. Thank you
