I ordered the flairosol fine mist spray bottles and all of them came scratched up on the outside and stickers on them which were almost impossible to take off without leaving a mark on them. Making hard to sell to my clients. I may have to stick with China next time, takes longer but at least they come individually boxed without a scratch.

Ordered Hair Gel/Wax and received it ok in Sydney, Australia. Will buy again!

I ordered three products; two were correct and one was not. Upon confronting Salon Wholesale about the error, they needed four emails to explain the mistake as apparently they could not understand. Then, after making it blatantly obvious through photos and diagrams (all of which I spent time and effort on) did they accuse me of getting the product they sent me (incorrectly) from some other purveyor. After such accusations, and only after six emails did they agree to send the correct product, yet I still have not received shipping confirmation. Should have been a wonderful service, which turned out a longer than expected encounter. Salon Wholesale did ship a new product, and made sure I received it after review and electronic correspondence.

Very thankful I found this website. I’ve used this product for a while but during covid it’s been difficult to find a place to purchase it. I paid for tracking on my shipping because I was somewhat sceptical but the product arrived even quicker than I imagined ( Im located in Canada) and I could not be happier. Salon wholesale had the product that I needed - which didn't seem to be available anywhere else - for quite cheap, and the shipping from UK to Canada was amazing.
The shipping time was a little long - about four weeks - but this was to be expected since I chose the lowest shipping fee. Packaging was rough with tape, but in the end the product was perfect, prices perfect and I have no complaints!
