Unreliable shipper/seller
I purchased this product from this seller with a 2-day delivery but it took exactly 14 days to be delivered to me. There was no communication from this seller explaining the delay and when I sent the seller an email to inquire, the seller NEVER responded. So, I'll never purchase from this seller again and advise potential customers to beware.

This may just be a misunderstanding of how our postage works and lost emails.
We do ship in two days if customers choose our Express Delivery, however your order had Standard Delivery chosen which is is normally 5 to 15 working days which would explain why your order didn't arrive in under 2 days, I hope that clears this up.
We are a UK based online retailer. However, we have many customers from all over the world. We offer three shipping methods: Standard, Tracked and Express.
Also I tried searching for contact from yourself using the email you have provided us for any email messages from you and we can't find any contact from yourself unfortunately, however we'd be happy to help you out, I've popped you an email to help resolve the issue to the email you have provided us.
If what I presume is correct that being the email that was provided by yourself isn't you main point of contact via email, the automated emails we send upon dispatch may of been missed by yourself.

There still is customer service in this world.
I was impressed with how well packed my products were, especially considering there was liquid and oils being sent by mail. The delivery took a while, and at one point I thought my package got lost in customs. I found the tracking addition I added to my order well worth it. I gave 5 stars, even with the long delivery because Covid has so changed the world. Thank you for taking such care of how you secured the products so there was no damage. A grateful first time customer.
