Samsung's Trade-in Program
I have taken advantage of Samsung's trade-in "deals" about 4 times and each time, been "taken" by Samsung.
For each trade-in, Samsung has DISALLOWED my trade in for some technicality that was not communicated well in advance. My last phone upgrade was disallowed and repeated calls to Samsung resulted in 2 different agents promising a refund. Trade-in was several months ago and I'm still waiting for a refund of what they charged me for the phone.
Just saying Samsung is running a bait and switch scam on their trade-ins. Hope their reputation suffers. Buyer beware.
Samsung hardware has been terrible
Samsung hardware has been terrible, and their warranties are worthless. I believe my loyalty to Samsung has expired.
making a loss which cancelled my order
first off it all begain with a 15% birthdy voucher sent to me and still yet to be used, i was going to use this to get the Fold 8 but found out later i could'nt use it on flagship phones and was given a £50 money off voucher, so i was like it's better then nothing, i used this towads getting the fold 8, i also got a voucher for a free case, i used 1 of my phones and watch to trade in, plus other discounts which brought the phone to say £1,120 or something, i placed the order for the phone and saw i had another email direct from Samsung for a £200 off voucher to use on the new foldv8. so i cancelled my previous order, i put throught another order with all the codes which was only 2, the extra £100 off with trade in and the £200 voucher sent to me plus the £50 voucher, rest was in trade in's. i put this throught and it price went down to £888 plus the free caee, nind i forgot about the free ear buds. but i said no let it go. then i get a email from samsung saying my order was cancelled , i got in touch with Samsung asking them why was it cancelled, the 1st agent didnt give me an answer and just said was my trade in phone fully paid for i said yes, then sent me something and lost connection and couldnt get her back, she edited my basket with the fold 8 in a different colour and added ear buds to it, oh she gave the code for free ear buds. then got cut off, so i went back again because i was unable to use any of the discount codes, so i knew it Samsung didnt want me to pay the price i did as it was too low and was not making a profit off me but a loss. i went back and said my discount code for the £200 doesnt wotk, she goes it was a one time generated code which has been used, i said it hasnt been used, the order was cancelled by you, so i should be able to use this code or get a new one again, i didnt cancel the order, you guys did, she said that cant be done as its been used in that order, and then i sked why my order eas cancelled, apparently i didnt pass there security checks, and that she couldnt tell me more, i comfroted her and said its because samsung was amking a loss and made up this security check so i would have to pay more for the phone. but all my codes was inline with there terms and cconditions. i was robbed out my birthday discount and the £200 discount and the free case.in all they cancelled the order because they were making a loss. pure and simple.so just make sure they dont do this to you. time to move companies.
Everything people say about their…
Everything people say about their customer service is true. They're completely useless. I wanted to upgrade one aspect of my phone order (headphones). They made me cancel it, and of course then I couldn't get the discounts back. Done with Samsung as a company.
Unfortunately after the switch to…
Unfortunately after the switch to Google messages my phone experience has been terrible. Will not get another Samsung phone as its obvious they can no longer manage their business. My phone now won't load my phones gallery to share photos and videos, it gets seized up, plus now camera will not operate, says storage is full, I deleted items, says the same thing minutes later. Was a great experience until this change. Good luck you have lost a lifelong customer over this stupid decision.

Misleading and Cheating Samsung Team
Dear Samsung Teams
Dear Al Zahia Mall Management, Sharjah
Greetings,
Please be notified that I have purchased Samsung galaxy Tab S10 FE+ From Samsung store, Al Zahia Mall, Sharjah, UAE for AED 2530 on 18/7/2026 at 10:30 pm And my mother and I inquired from the seller on a certain program (goodnotes), and whether it works efficiently on the said Tab, and the seller assured that it works very well on this device, but after buying, it turned out that the program does not work well, slow and lagging. I returned the store on the next day 19/7/2026. I reported a complaint to the Samsung staff, and confirmed that the Application I asked for does not work on this device, but, when trying the same program on another device, it worked efficiently. My mother and I waited to solve the problem for 5 hours and we were treated very bad by the store manager, who ignored us to eat and rest. On 20/7/2026, we submitted the complaint to the mall management and kept waiting for the Mall Management to return the device and refund our money from 6 pm to 9 pm on the basis that the store manager does not guarantee that the program would work efficidntly on the device, meaning that the Samsung branch has misled, cheated, deceived and treated us Very Bad. We were ignored and left waiting for the manager at the shop for 5 hours to make action, return the device, and refund our money, but he was useless, provocative, negayive, and uncooperative person. Then, we asked the mall management to take the necessary action and refund the full amount, as the error, fraud, and misleading were commited by the Samsong store and the purchase was made on Saturday evening 18 July and we returned to the store again on Sunday 19 July 2026, but the problem has not yet been solved. We headed to the Samsong Store and AL Zahia Mall Management again on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and yesterday Thursday. For How long should I wait to have my money refunded, which is my least right since the device was reported not working within 8 hours of buying it.
I wish I would be replied soon by one of the respectful concerned persons.
Regards,
Misled and deceived customer
Very disappointing online ordering…
Very disappointing online ordering experience.
I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 using Klarna and deliberately selected 14 August as the delivery date because I will not be at home before then. I selected that date several times before completing the order.
However, once the order was confirmed, Samsung's system changed the delivery date back to 5 August. There was no option to edit the delivery date after placing the order.
Even more frustrating, the only solution was to cancel the entire order and place it again, which means going through the Klarna finance process from the beginning. There was also no easy online support available to resolve the issue—only FAQ pages.
An online store should correctly save the delivery date chosen by the customer, and customers should be able to edit delivery details without having to cancel the whole order. This experience was extremely frustrating and needs to be improved.
Worst online purchase i've ever made
To understand, read my mail I sent to samsung customer service.
Dear Samsung Customer Service,
I am writing to formally express my extreme disappointment, frustration, and anger regarding my order MA260715-30405733-260715151021270.
This has been, without any doubt, the worst online shopping experience I have ever had in my entire life.
I placed an order worth approximately 13,000 MAD, which I paid in full via an instant bank transfer. As a customer making such a significant purchase, I expected Samsung to provide a professional service, transparent communication, and a customer experience worthy of a global brand. Unfortunately, I experienced the exact opposite.
The main issue is that the charger included in my order was out of stock, yet Samsung never informed me of this situation proactively. Even more disappointing, no one suggested the obvious solution of shipping the smartphone immediately and delivering the charger separately once it became available.
Instead, my entire order was simply put on hold without any meaningful communication.
What makes this situation even more unacceptable is that the option of a partial shipment was only mentioned after I repeatedly contacted your customer service by phone and sent several emails, some of which were never answered. Had I not taken the initiative to follow up myself, I have no idea how long my order would have remained blocked.
It is extremely frustrating to see an order worth 13,000 MAD, fully paid in advance, delayed because of a single accessory when a simple and logical solution was available from the very beginning.
Throughout this experience, I felt that I had to manage my own order, constantly chase your customer service team for updates, and even suggest solutions that should have been proposed by Samsung from day one. This is simply unacceptable for a company of Samsung's reputation.
I am particularly disappointed because this purchase represented a significant investment for me. I chose Samsung expecting a premium customer experience that matched the quality and reputation of your products. Instead, I encountered poor communication, a lack of transparency, delayed responses, and an overall failure to handle my order professionally.
This experience has seriously damaged my confidence in Samsung. I genuinely regret making this purchase, and I can honestly say that this has been the worst online purchase experience of my life.
I sincerely hope that this complaint will be escalated to the appropriate management team and that concrete measures will be taken to prevent other customers from going through the same unacceptable experience.
I look forward to receiving your explanation and your response.
Yours sincerely,
Mohamed Goummadi
Would not order again
I had high hopes for this order, but the whole experience left me disappointed. Customer support was slow to respond and didn't really resolve my issue. The tracking information was inaccurate for most of the delivery window. Would only order again if things clearly improved.
I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with the Samsung Authorized Service Centre in Kathua. My Samsung AC had repeated problems and despite multiple complaints and several technician visits, the issue was never permanently fixed. During my interaction with Mr. Ayush Gupta, I was told Samsung has no policy to replace an AC within 15 days even for manufacturing defects. This information was not helpful and did not resolve my issue. Instead of a solution, I received repeated assurances, but the same problem continued, wasting my time and causing unnecessary stress. I hope Samsung improves its customer service and provides accurate information to its customers.
Not a deal
I traded in a Samsung Galaxy s24 Ultra for the Galaxy Z Fold 7 ($1200) for my son's birthday in Sept of 2025 with no problem. By February the phone start messing up (different color screen, phone freezing up and all) got it fixed but still was having problems. So I did a trade-in in March 2026 for the Samsung Galaxy s26 Ultra for a discount of $900 off, good great. So I thought, until finding out, I still have to pay for the Z Fold, 7 that I no longer have. So how is it a discount deal when you still have to pay for the phone you sent back? Saying you save on the new phone but that saving is mute when you still paying for a phone you don't have anymore. Wont ever go back to Samsung.com for phones again.
Samsung 85" Neo QLED 8k... Think Twice
I purchased a Samsung 85" Neo QLED 8K (QN85QN800D) expecting the ownership experience to match what Samsung promotes as one of its flagship TVs.
Just 53 days after the 12-month warranty expired, the panel developed a permanent defect. Samsung's authorized service center confirmed it was a panel failure.
Considering how soon the issue occurred after the warranty expired, I requested a goodwill repair or commercial consideration. Samsung's final response was simply that the official warranty lasts 12 months.
I was also informed that the replacement panel was out of stock, with an estimated wait of around 100 days, and that the repair would cost more than 60% of the price of a new TV, while carrying only a 3-month repair warranty.
The picture quality was outstanding while the TV worked. Unfortunately, the after-sales support did not meet the expectations I had for a flagship premium product. I hope this review helps other customers make an informed purchasing decision.
Won't hold a charge long
Won't hold a charge long, technically support is not consumer friendly
Not a good buy.
⚠️ ⚠️⚠️ give you damage product and want you to pay for repairs??!!,⚠️⚠️⚠️
⚠️⚠️Horrible experience Avoid ⚠️⚠️! Got a Chromebook Samsung, brand new .
Battery stopped charging after 1 year and 2 months. Clearly defective from manufacturing. Now they want me to pay for repairs???
Total theft! Will never trust Samsung products ever again
I have a high quality smart phone
I have a high quality smart phone, the company is doing a nice hand touching the phone screen a body.
Poor quality fridge and frustrating…
Poor quality fridge and frustrating customer service. Ten month old fridge. Shelf spontaneously cracked. One rep assured it would be replaced but call dropped. Subsequent reps refused to honour the replacement. Many calls and emails with just generic replies that read like a form letter. I would not recommend this company or product.
I really like this brand
I really like this brand, it always holds up for me, you get what you pay for sure it cost a little more but it pays off in the end
Bring back the Samsung girl ;D
They really need to make it where you don't need your phone number to sign in to samsung on your phone when you already have an account... Im not talking about "step 2 verification", they're requiring me to input a phone number when I dont have one at all. Shouldn't have to pay money just to use what the company claims to be its "Wild Factor" because you already paid by buying the product itself!
