I am almost 60
I am almost 60. I can tell you had no one old test this phone. I went from a note 9 to a Samsung s26 ultra. I have no clue how to find my notifications. The note 9 had a drop down on the face of the phone for clear your notifications. If i click on them before I open the phone I run the risk of clicking on a hacking text. I cannot blow up my time and how much battery level is left on my phone. I cannot get my screen savor to save for more that a few second. I cannot see my text as separate, it looks like one long running text. I wish I would I have found someone older who did a review on this phone before I bought this piece of expensive junk.
Stupid design by stupid people
Stupid design by stupid people, retarded & uneducated backwards, lacking in intellect, common sense or willingness to listen.
Poorly designes comms protocols so their latest samsung products are not compatible with each other so a usb stick remains the primary & only way to transfer files between 2 modern saminsane products.
I thought i would complain to them but their complainy system seems to been designed by the same impotent cow. Stupid does not come close, stupid would be a compliment.
I want to complain about the Samsung…
I want to complain about the Samsung tablets. They NEVER shut down an app. The app keeps using power, even when I have shut it down. Samsung NEVER shuts down an app. So my tablet is running out of power, while the current app is not using much power. BIG mistake of Samsung.
Good phones, bad glitchy website, worst costumer service
Worst website, super glitchy
Horrible costumer service
Super long wait times

I don’t even wanna write in one star…
I don’t even wanna write in one star it’s just that I have to because it’s there we have an Samsung American fridge freezer. The ice box has water coming out of it. We shouldn’t do we’ve had them out twice and every time we ring up we’re going round the Houses not getting any help we paid the insurance to cover it all. They are absolutely useless. They talk over you and I’m gonna take this further with the Ombudsman.😡🤦🏼♀️
Samsung are an extremely untrustworthy…
Samsung are an extremely untrustworthy company. They steal (this is correct, no permissions are explicitly given to them but they steal the information anyway) and then they sell your information to everyone. This is highly illegal in most of the world and should lead to huge fines and arrests of hundreds of people. They then continually reduce the ease of use of ALL of their interfaces so that they can leep collecting data AND annoy the individual as much as possible. This I suspect is designed psychological testing. In short, if Samsung were your partner, you would be being abused acxording to most metrics. They are very much alike with Apple, Google and Microsoft. What I have currently will be the last Samsung stuff I ever use. Once it hits obselesence, I will burn them.
Worst customer service _ waste of time…
Worst customer service _ waste of time and energy. Will be my last Samsung product

75” TV UN75DU6950FXZA
We bought a 75” TV last year. Within a year the screen turned out bad, we couldn’t see it anymore. Then I contacted customer service to have it repaired. It took more than 2 months to be settled. They agreed to refund it. So I thought everything done therefore I decided to buy a new TV and just throw trash the broken one. But later it turned out that they want to come in pick up the broken TV. It seem like that they do it on the purpose although before that I asked them many time to come and check the TV. They told me they don’t need it because before that I sent them the pictures like the model the serial of the TV as well as the screen Damage. I feel very frustrated for what they did with the customers. It takes time to solve the problem and the way they solve the problem is not professional. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use Samsung TV.
Extremely Disappointed with Samsung Customer Service and Galaxy Z Fold7 Reliability
BEWARE! Extremely Disappointed with Samsung Customer Service and Galaxy Z Fold7 Reliability
I purchased a brand-new Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 five months ago expecting a premium flagship experience. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite. After only a short period of ownership, my device required two separate Samsung warranty repairs, yet the problems remain unresolved.
After the second repair, the phone still cannot perform one of its most basic functions — connecting to a cellular network. The device cannot activate or add an eSIM, and the eSIM setup remains stuck indefinitely on “Searching for eSIM.” A factory reset was completed, and the phone was restored from Samsung Cloud, but the issue continues.
What has been equally disappointing is Samsung’s customer support experience. My assigned Samsung Customer Care representative has not responded to two separate emails requesting assistance and an update. After multiple repair attempts and ongoing device failures, the lack of communication has been unacceptable. Furthermore, I have also sent multiple messages to Samsung ‘email the CEO’s office’ that is listed on the Samsung’s support page. NO RESPONSE to date.
I purchased a Galaxy Z Fold7 because I trusted Samsung’s reputation for innovation and quality. Instead, I have spent significant time troubleshooting, working with Cellular support team, and sending a device back to Samsung for repair — only to still have a phone that cannot reliably function as a phone.
At this point, after two unsuccessful repairs, I am requesting a replacement device rather than another repair attempt. Samsung needs to recognize that premium pricing comes with premium expectations for both product reliability and customer support.
I hope Samsung takes this feedback seriously and improves both the quality control of its flagship devices and the ownership experience for its customers.
If I could give negative stars I would
If I could give negative stars I would. Not only did I get a fridge that didn't work but they won't refund the full amount and I am getting charged for them to take it away. How does this make sense? I get charged for their products not working???
AVOID buying directly from Samsung.com
AVOID buying directly from Samsung.com — a return nightmare
I bought a 65" Samsung OLED S90F directly from Samsung.com. It had a persistent picture "judder" defect that Samsung's own Technical Support could not fix, so I initiated a return. That decision cost me over a month of stress and I still don't have my money back.
Samsung first scheduled a pickup, then admitted the return had never actually been initiated. On June 30, a Samsung rep confirmed IN WRITING that I could return the TV to any Best Buy under Samsung's own terms of service. I returned it to my local Best Buy at 12:37 PM on July 1. Best Buy accepted it and confirmed the return was complete.
Then Samsung refused my refund — repeatedly demanding a "drop-off receipt" that DOES NOT EXIST in Best Buy's return process. A Best Buy supervisor with 20 years of experience had never heard of such a document. Best Buy went above and beyond, providing a scanned drop-off confirmation, the return order number, and written statements. TWO Best Buy managers — including the store General Manager — confirmed in writing that they physically have my TV, and Best Buy Corporate confirmed it on two separate recorded phone calls.
Samsung's response? Fifteen days of complete silence, followed by a canned "your case remains escalated" email with no refund, no timeline, and no resolution. Over a month after returning the TV, I have NEITHER my refund NOR the television, and I've been forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
Best Buy was outstanding throughout. Samsung was the exact opposite — misinformation, broken promises, and stonewalling over a document that doesn't exist, even after their own retail partner repeatedly confirmed the return.
If anything goes wrong with a direct Samsung.com order, you may spend weeks fighting for your own money. Buy from a retailer with a real return counter instead. Learn from my experience.
Washing machine and heat pump dryer
I bought a washing machine and dryer from these clowns, the products are rubbish, the dryer is unusable it takes 3-4 hours to dry anything, and the washing machine has just packed up after 2 years.
Pathetic after sales service
I purchased a Samsung refrigerator on 11 March 2022. Since 06 June 2026, the refrigerator has been facing serious issues, including abnormal compressor noise and failure of the refrigerator compartment to cool.
Over the last two months, Samsung's service team has made multiple visits and repeatedly replaced major components, including the compressor, step valve, and three filter driers, along with several gas refills. I was charged ₹3,363 (₹2,537 + ₹826) for these repairs. However, the problem remained unresolved.
After repeated failed repairs, Samsung's engineer finally conducted a nitrogen leak test and identified the actual fault as an internal leakage in the copper tube embedded inside the freezer cabinet, indicating a manufacturing/structural defect. This proves that the earlier replacement of expensive parts was unnecessary and that I was wrongly charged for ineffective repairs.
Due to Samsung's repeated misdiagnosis and poor after-sales service, I have suffered significant financial loss, repeated inconvenience, loss of working hours, and mental harassment. Despite numerous service visits over two months, my refrigerator is still not functioning properly.
1 Star is too much.
1 Star is too much.
After a purchase of a monitor in December 2024, it displayed issues immediately. After worsening over the next 10 months, I decide to contact Samsung for a repair.
The repairer was fairly quick, they arrived within a few weeks. The repair itself was delayed, and communication wasn't great - whatever. Fine.
After returning the unit, the fault persisted, the service person noted it on the file at the time, and they also damaged the unit upon return. Whatever.
Since then, I have been continually routed to the VOC team, who refuse to reply or provide a remedy for this faulty unit. In two months they have not given me any sort of reply, despite irrefutable documented evidence that the unit is faulty.
The amount of time I have had to waste on continuing to follow up on this unit for a $2,500+ product is insane. I am in utter disbelief. To add insult to injury, talking to staff on the live chat is next to impossible, as they have added a "feature" where if you don't reply within 2 minutes they just terminate the chat. Imagine working a full-time job.
Stay as far away from Samsung's online store as you possibly can.
Samsung & Service Quick Inc. STAY AWAY !!!!
My three year-old Samsung front load washer indicated it wanted to run self cleaning cycle, which, as it turns out is a self-destruct cycle. In the middle of the self cleaning cycle, water started gushing from the bottom of the machine, and we needed to terminate the cycle. In reading online, why this may have happened it clearly states that the heat and pressure from the self cleaning frequently dislocates, gaskets and hoses, causing a flood I called Samsung for a repair and they referred me to their authorized service provider Service Quick Inc. Unfortunately this is the only authorized service provider for Samsung in the Westchester County NY area.
They are grossly incompetent, rude, and dismissive. Two service technicians showed up, looked at our stacked washer dryer and said they could not repair the machines while they were stacked and that it was up to me to have them removed from the laundry closet, unstacked and placed in an area where the technicians would have a 360° access to the machines. This is completely unnecessary as the machines are serviced from the rear. The service technicians also refused to slide them away from the wall to access the back of the machine. The appointment was rescheduled. They were to come between 12 and 2:00pm. At 2:30 I called to see if they were on their way. The dispatcher said they were just leaving another appointment and would be to my house within an hour. An hour and a half later, I called and they told me that the service appointment had been canceled because I had not provided evidence that the machines had been unstacked and placed in an area where the technicians would have 360° access.
I would never buy anything from Samsung that might require service and I would never go anywhere near there authorized service provider Service Quick.
By the way, they insisted on a credit card with a $399.99 deposit before they would even schedule the service.
THE WORST !! STAY AWAY!!
Worst customer service
⭐ 1 Star
⭐ 1 Star — Absolutely Disgraceful Customer Service
Really, Samsung? After more than a month of this ridiculous ordeal over a defective S-Pen, I received an notice in my Samsung account to call them again for provide the ticket number today, hoping someone would actually resolve the issue.
Instead, the representative who spoke with me—despite already having all of my information and the entire history of the case—kept asking me the same questions over and over and treating the conversation as if I were being interrogated for a crime. All of this over a worthless defective s-pen that should have been replaced weeks ago.
After wasting more than a month of my time and patience, I finally canceled the order and bought the pen from Amazon. It was that simple.
I have been a Samsung customer for 20 years, but this experience has seriously changed my opinion of the company. At this point, I am seriously considering switching to Google Pixel or iPhone when I replace my phone.
Samsung advertises a one-year warranty, but based on this experience, the warranty feels like nothing more than a promise designed to discourage customers until they simply give up. What should have been a simple warranty replacement turned into an exhausting and ridiculous battle.
Samsung, you have lost a 20-year customer over something that should have been incredibly easy to fix. Shameful customer service.
Samsung stole my phone
Samsung stole my phone. They were supposed to give me a 500.00 trade in credit and the did not, then they refused to send me my phone back. All I want is my phone back. I will never order from Samsung again.
Samsung S22 was beeping & would not charge
I guess I might have got my S22 inadvertently wet watering my lawn or from my body sweat on a warm day when my phone was in my pocket.
I did not even know I had an issue until my phone started beeping when I was charging it up, and I could not charge it up.
After 3 hours of tinkering I got it to charge after a successful phone port clean-up for microscopic wetness and and some black debris.
Be careful folks so this does not happened to you.
