The bottles were right but the caps were bigger so I could not use them , I did not report back because I don’t think it make since to send them back ,

Fragrance Oil Samples and Incense
I ordered a lot of incense and some fragrance samples. I was happy with all of my purchases. I knew I probably wouldn't like some of the fragrances, and that is why I chose samples before ordering larger amounts for my projects. They make it much easier to chose the fragrance oils I enjoy.

Your order subtotal was $112. Rather than omit the free samples altogether, we sent a 4 pack of free samples, which would have included half of the fragrances you requested. You give me the ability to smell your scents with out having to buy a huge bottle! Very slow processing and shipping
Very slow processing and shipping, it took 2 weeks for me to get my order. Also the scents were not as expected, nothing like the actual scent of the fragrance.

Thank you for your feedback. I see that you ordered sniffie samples on your order. We note on the sniffie sample page that these can take an additional several business days beyond the listed turnaround time. We also indicate that unless the customer selects an expedited shipping method, we ship sniffies for free via USPS First Class Mail. We try to make it clear that our sniffie samples have additional processing time, but I know that it can be a lot of information to absorb when you are first starting to order new products from a site you have not ordered from previously. I am sorry that we were not sufficiently clear about this. We will work harder to reduce our turnaround time on sniffie samples and communicate more clearly.
