Great Options and Service

The website was well designed and straight forward to order and buy the sim. The sim options available were competitive and good. Price wise I was able to receive a really good deal.

From to delivery the service was fast and I received it within a few days

Good value for money and very fast…

Good value for money and very fast delivery by courier. This is my second card from Scancom and the only downside I have found is you cant track how much you have used. I have never run out of data yet but always in your mind

Very poor service cut off when I had paid up front

My pre loaded sim card for my dongle was shut down when I had paid for it until February 2027.
It was a three sim and after 1-2 hrs on the phone and after speaking to 3 people when they said they wanted to transfer me again I gave up.

After sales and customer care is very poor. I've purchased a SIM card and been unable to use it. I've contacted the customer care email address with very little success in getting a response.
